ABC 7 Tampa Area News App

This sends breaking news notifications, especially for traffic issues, but you can only read a small portion of the message, rendering the notification useless. When going to the page, the story isn't available. Also, many times the videos don't play, although the ads do.

App sends a push notification, but when one selects the notification, it doesn't always lead to the story. Also, if the notification is more than one line, the entire notification can't be read. Very frustrating! Please fix! Otherwise, a great source for local news.

App will send a breaking news message, but you can't read it and the breaking story isn't there when you open the app. Also doesn't have an option to check traffic.

Notifications at 6am to alert you about a contest or to get you to watch something is really annoying. When you get alerts for actual breaking news you can never see what it is. Going to delete soon if the 6am spam notifications do not stop

Sooooo frustrating that we get alerts for breaking news but can't get the story. It's always been like that. Can't you fix it?? I'm ready to uninstall it.

Clicking on the notification for a story takes one to the home page and not to the clicked on item. Uninstalling

Warns of breaking news but then doesn't show it when you open the app! Uninstalled.

It is NOT a weather app, the weather portion is the worst part. Doesn't work well, not designed well, not worth the memory. Good bye and back to Bay News 9.

Video won't play. It's just a black screen.

The Android version of this app won't go full screen on live video and leaves a menu bar covering about 10% of the screen so I have to pick to either miss the text at the bottom or cut off everyone's heads. IPhone version doesn't do this. Volume on commercials wildly louder than the news most days. When I get notifications of breaking news then hit the notification to go to the app, the story about which I'm being notified is usually nowhere to be seen.

When you receive the 'breaking news' notification, the notification info is cut off. When you click the breaking news notification, it takes you to the main page with no breaking news. Follow on Facebook instead!

I had pervious app but it wasn't updating and couldn't see more than the first sentence of a story. I uninstalled it and found this app. So far it seems to be working. Also installed the weather app because this app doesn't seem to have as much weather info, like the maps.

The ads have bugs in them, more of a hassle than I can deal with

I was looking for info on beaches, weather, tides etc... which they advertised. The weather section is sad and only contains a text overview.

Try install and uninstall repeatedly and still only get refreshing message and blank screen. Using Samsung galaxy s3 with Sprint service. Please fix!

This news app works fine and I've used it for a couple years but it is time to say goodbye to written WWSB articles. The reporting and editing doesn't quite meet my expectations for a professional news agency. At least there are other options!
