It completely misses some words snd grammar. I expect more, blaming us just because this isn't all that great isn't the way to get downloads. Go take a look at the Ginger typo and grammar correcter in their keyboard, you can do better. I'm looking for a corrector that can hold like 2k words or more and help me with the typos caused by moible keyboards being so dang tiny. I want a editor to typie in were I can paste in stuff, then copy it. Unfortunately, Ginger's typing area doesn't let me c/p.

I purchased the premium version about a week ago and have been having issues. I submitted trouble tickets but haven't received any help. What gives?

This app can NOT perform the most basic writing tasks. It will hop around your document as your writing moving to errors in different sentences, frustrating. It's Grammer correction is very spotty making you question everything, umm the antithesis of its purpose. It's word prediction is deplorable. Then, they have the audacity to want you to pay a lot for minor updates. Your much better with Google docs and a dictionary! UNINSTALL

However, I have a few questions about it. Will you be adding rephrasing in the future? The spelling correction I don't see any options to choose whether to accept them or not. For incomplete sentences just wish it would have a few suggestions to fill in the sentence.

Got the app and I should have read previous reviews. I can't login once the app is downloaded. I bought their entire program, PC and Android phone. They sent me login instructions. Obviously, there is a problem with the app if there are this many people complaining. I emailed them two days ago and no response. If you are charging $130 USD for a complete software program, I would expect 24/7 tech support.

It is sooo bad. Don't waste your money. It doesn't from the beginning. I couldn't even add my email address and did not fix my grammar

I am a terrible writer. That's why I love apps like this one here. The issue is that when I open the app it's just a blue screen. If there is a way to fix this I'd appreciate the help. Thanks!

I can not thank you enough i was wanting to start a book and when i put that first sentence into you're program it felt like the world.I feel like crying im so exited to start this, again i cant put into words how happy you have just made me.

Why there is an error when using mobile application since last week? Please fix this because i cannot activate full version :(

First of all when I am translating from English to Arabic, I got squares and rectangles instead of words, Then when I'm trying to delete one word the app repeat the word instead of deleting it.

I attempted to login and the app tells me to fill out all fields; if I'm missing one it's not visible to me. Samsung S6 phone.

Created two trouble tickets they are unanswered. Although tickets are for Web version, same company

I have always been a fan of WhiteSmoke. And to be able to use it on the go, there is no words for my joy. Those who complain about the program just never used an advanced grammar cheack, and don't understand. Yes it has its bugs, but don't we all. The biggest bug is one it always had. You must break your work down into manageable sections, other than that i see nothing wrong. Thank you for going mobile.

I bought the monthly mobile, but it doesn't show how to set, I try to login. But it doesn't work. It waste so much time.

I borrowed money to buy the Mac version. The window version was sent to me and after I figured it out they sent a link to download the Mac version. It did not work very well for me over the years and they finaly trickled and locked it. Presently they are asking me to pay for an upgrade. I wished I can get my money back, the last email I got from them asking the version of my computer was two weeks ago. What a shame.

I have bought the lifetime version, when I change and install this software to the new android phone, but cannot see the activation icon to fill in the serial which purchased already. Finally, the support team has helped me solve this issue quickly.

I suggest you stop showing stupid ads for t-shirts and concentrate on making it user friendly first. Then we might buy. I'm sure the grammar check is great but you can't edit inside the text if you see a mistake yourself and you can't scroll easily to different parts of a long document because the scroll bar is smaller than a pixie. It is what it is. A quick after thought mobile version that is simple useless if you really want to do some work.

The mistake's detection accuracy is rather poor. That's pitty, because the brand is well known and it seems to offer much more.

When you try to retype or delete a word it will change a previous one. And this will happen until of beginning of your text.

The grammar check is good and thorough. Keep it up.
