This is now just a rip off. I use to be able to search any number I had at it would give me their info now its nothing. Give me back my freaking 3.99 like I've asked you idiots 3 times Whitepages

Used both free and paid. The only thing about the paid version, is that you are paying them to tell you their paid version won't give you the info you need. And now if you really want it that bad... Suck it up buttercup pay more to get what you already paid for. Great marketing... Idiots!

I once loved this app because it gave me the information of who had called me and also the number, if there was one, of whoever I looked up. I've been paying $3.99 a month, for several months, on a service that's not doing what I originally signed up for it to do. Remind me why I'm paying $3.99 for an app that doesn't help me at all....

Why doesn't it show the found listing on the map after locating a listing by "address"? Just because I have an address to search by, doesn't mean I know where that is. I have to go through the second step of looking it up on Google Maps. When locating a listing by phone number or name, it usually shows the listing on the map view.

I have been paying for the premium version of this in excess of six months and today is the first time I have availed myself of the "unlimited phone lookups." It promptly carried me to a browser website and offered me the phone number for $9.99. I strongly dislike being cheated, as much as anybody. Don't waste your time, and especially not.your money.

This app and the associated $3.99 monthly subscription fee is an absolute ripoff as it returns NO names from the caller ID string lookup. It used to be great but is no longer functional since August 2016

This company beat me for ~$15 and I got next to nothing for my money or time. The returns for the #s I searched included locations outside the area code, even out of state!! And I know the people whose #s I entered! Overpriced and unreliable information. Keep looking!

Not one number i look up, registers(including my own which has shown in the past) since the last update. I pay for it every month so I'm expecting it to work!

I have used this app for almost 2 years, but it hasn't worked in months, and after seeing all the reviews of everyone else having the same problem, I see now the developers of the app are moving on. Look elsewhere, this app does NOT work as advertised.

I have been trying to cancel for months. I get no response back at all. But you keep charging me. I have cleared my stuff from your page, but yet you keep charging me. That's illegal & I'm going to report you.

Update says it fixes the problem with reverse search not showing for those who pay the monthly fee for unlimited reverse lookups but unfortunately it doesn't. Everytime a do a reverse number search it shows no info for the number but if I then look in my history it will show the name associated with that number instead of the number. This is the main feature of the app and has been broken for several months and the developer doesn't seem to care even though people are paying every month for this to work....

Wth is going on with this app? It used to be amazing but all of a sudden it turned to be garbage. It was top five to now not being mentioned at all. It used to find everything for almost everything for my monthly subscription but now hardly finds anything. If it does the name is at the bottom of who someone may know. I might as well cancel this nonsense now. Smh

Robbery! If you are in Canada, or anywhere outside US, be aware that this app is designed to steal your money! It offers to sell you more information about a number, but after you pay, it tells you, it cannot give you any more info, because you are not located in the US! So it knows where you are, it could have warned you before you paid, but no, it takes your money first and then tells you it won't work! Simply deceitful!

I used the service once and I noticed that when I tried to see the results, before my first month ended, and I was blocked from my search results and, finally, blocked from the Webpage,as follows: "The proxy server is refusing connections Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections. Check the proxy settings to make sure that they are correct. Contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working."

It's only good for anything it can "maybe" find. Otherwise, has charged me multiple times, for things it COULDN'T and still charged me!. Thought it was a "dumb chance" but has happened plenty of times now!. Will Uninstal when I can!

Have YOU ever gotten a phone call from someone you do not know? If so, this is the program to use. 9 times out of 10 I can find out who it is. If it's a telemarketer or someone I don't want to talk to, just block them out.

So I had a call that I did not recognize the number so I searched it using Whitepages. So I paid the $1.99 fee & it did not return any names. Tried it again, & paid another $1.99 fee & it did not return any information. No messages indicating it cannot find the information. In the past, it notifies you with a message "NO NAME FOUND" (& it does not charge you). My last two searches did not give me any messages. It just took my $4.00 without performing any searches. I want my $4 refunded. UPDATE: still nt wrk

Paid version works good. This version is horrible. So many better one's out there. And this is the actual/official white page app! Save urself a headache & either pay for the real version or get any number of free one's available that are so much better.

Prefer the older version. It was so simple to just move to the block area, these other features are just not needed for me....off to find something more user friendly...

It's crap. Don't bother! They ask for tons of info then try to get you to pay for the answers! Walk away.....

When I go to look up a number in order to actually see the name listed on the number, I have to go to my search history of my app and it'll be in that list. But will NOT be listed on the phone number lookup page. PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY ITS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR TOO LONG HIYA!!!!

Now there has been some good improvements. I'll let this stand for bit & see if using more will find faults (again) or betters (again) !?... UPDATE: The app works fine but they (The White Shirts) want the User to Keep Paying & Keep Paying & Paying & Paying & PAYING, PAYING, & KEEP PAYING MORE THAN THE INFORMATION IS WORTH, to most people. Just wanted simple contact info & WS want $29.95USD in CONTRACT EVERY MONTH, that person like me (dementia) will forget, so I KEEP PAYING & PAYING, till my money is gone. Not really much point to this feature since every single number says name not listed for privacy reasons, apparently it is just to drive business to their fee based service: "Find out more for a small fee."

Don't waste your time. Its worthless. It might tell you 1 out of 50.

Your website lets us know if a number is flagged for spamming and scams. This app needs to give this same information!!!

I'VE HAD APP FOR YEARS AND THEY'D SAY **IF WE CAN'T FIND A NAME NO CHARGE***FOR A ONE TIME $1.99 LOOK UP, THEY CHANGED AND TOOK MY MONEY AND THEN SAID NO NAME OR INFO! THEY SHOULD HAVE SAID IN UPDATE **EULA HAS CHANGED*** OR WERE TAKING YOUR MONEY EVEN IF WE DON'T DO OUR JOB!!!!!!!

With the last update, now when i search a number no name ever comes up! Then I go to history and there's a name with the number I searched. It was not like this previously. Please fix, thank-you. Hi as of 12-8-16 , I am still waiting for a response from white pages and the bug has not been fixed! I emailed requesting a refund but I would prefer a credit for this month instead of a refund which I have not received. Thank-you

Sucks!!!!! They don't care about us so I don't care canceling tonight. I've contacted them twice giving them a chance but nope nothing besides we will get back to you within 48-72 hours and haven't even heard a word back going on 2 weeks.

Buncha damn thieves! I paid $1.99 for a name lookup and when the results came in, they didn't have a name. They came up with some stupid crap like "We have over 500 million US numbers so we're impressed you came up with one we don't have". Wow! Nothing but a load of crap! They ripped me off and never refunded my money.

After update this is wasting my money it used to be an amazing caller id tool but now they just push for VERY $$ searching my 3.99 used to get me "premium" now its bs! Sucks cus this was my MUST HAVE FAV app. Never wrote a rev but im so mad I had to. Cancelling

This app cost 4 dollars a month pay it and you will be happy otherwise it's only good for profile searches.

In the 10 years that I've owned a smartphone this app has been my go-to reference app. Now it's my worst. They sold out to the ads & send you to fee based links. Shame on you....I'm gone. Bye, bye!!

If there's a number I need to look up I go to the white pages app and type the name of the person whom I'm looking for.

Please keep up with for how long your subscription period is once you do. Make sure you cancel immediately when you no longer want that service. Some of the information isn't always accurate or updated. I, have found with a little more research, there are some free apps that are very good or better than what you're paying for. Just a suggestion; I, think you should receive an email as a reminder your subscription is coming up for renewal. Be given the option as to if you want to or not.

I generally like the app. The interface is intuitive and the results are good. However, I've been paying the subscription for unlimited phone lookup for a few months now and it used to return good results. But now it doesn't return any results. 9 times out of 10 whenever I lookup a number the result that comes back is the number itself, not the name of the person or business. I tested it on numbers that were searchable before and now nothing! Subscription may not be worth it if this keeps up, to be honest.

Been PAID subscriber for years. Was always satisfied with results until recently. Hasn't identified a single reverse number for MONTHS; however using other secondary & FREE apps--the information is often immediately available, and often even PUBLIC LISTINGS, yet White Pages states "No Information About this Number/Caller Available." Seriously?? Was once an avid fan of this service, but after not receiving a single number's info for MANY MONTHS (when FREE apps ARE identifying them)-just canceled subscription

Used to work great now it sucks. It won't post the identity of the caller to the number like before for your phone log, it won't let me add comments or report the number like before, and I have contacted them repeatedly, (at least 7 times), about this and they never respond. Sad because it used to be really great.
