T-Mobile Name ID

It never loads and I always have to force close the app once it freezes. It would be nice if it worked correctly and if I could block calls but not the text messages.

Some of the blocked calls still are allowed through. For the most part, it identifies numbers not in my contact list and let's me knows who is calling me which is really helpful.

You have to subscribe to a service in order to even use this. If you need a service for this, stop putting this bloatware on phones.

I keep getting a error message, stating that this has stopped. However, whenever I try to open it, there's a white screen with nothing on there. It freezes up my phone when I try to get out of the screen, in fact it won't let you leave this white with nothing on there. You have try multiple times to get out.

TMobile apps are having problems, this main app that's used to enter your account and make payments is infected. Vulnerable to hacker's. So watch out. Fix this TMobile, 'Now!!!!!

Crashes all the time. Almost never gets name right. I never asked for it, can't uninstall it.

Needs better menu options to access features such as on deleting unwanted log list of listed ID'S. Cool App, works good.

Works When It Wants to. Still horrible. Names of users appear and randomly disappear.

It's great took me few to figure out how to use it properly. I love it good app

Would really like the app if it would truly look up the numbers and give the information but every time I try it gives me nothing.

It's great for blocking or stopping spam, robo-calls, etc., but really bad at recognizing the texts from organizations or websites I want information from.

Many caller IDs are just plain wrong.

This app is horrible. Sometimes it will recognize my contact numbers and sometimes it doesn't....it's annoying. Same goes with incoming calls I get. Sometimes it will give called information... Not worth the money each month. I'm cancelling

For me this app has been terrible. It seems to lose some of its functionality with every successive "update." The older version allowed users search for businesses, ATM, post offices, etc. Now this version seems to work less than half the time and when it works, it's not always accurate.

Horrible. My cell phone is overloaded with spam callers every single day. Every time I block one, a new one calls from a different number. My service is terrible everywhere I go. Nine times out of ten I'm getting 2g or 3g speeds if I'm lucky, and my devices are always lagging and dropping calls. The only time my service is good is when I'm connected to WiFi which defeats the purpose of me paying for unlimited 4g lte speeds that I neither received nor am able to make use of.

At $4.00 a month per line, this is a rip-off. Android already let's you block calls FREE of charge. If you want more functionality, the FREE app TRUECALLER provides the same functionality as T-Mobile Name ID, but unlike T-Mobile @ $4.00/month, TRUECALLER is totally free of use charges and works quite well. TrueCaller lets you block calls & texts, as well as warning of scam texts/calls. T-Mobile Name ID charges $ 4.00/month per line for these features, that are free in other apps.

I cannot delete it. It is stupid to have to pay for it. It should be a free service for T-Mobile customers, especially business customers. It's spam list is not good. It blocks important calls that I need to receive. I deactivated it, but it turns itself back on.

Puts up inaccurate name's that aren't even in my contact's list.....how can it do that....? SOME OF THE NAME'S ARE NOT ONLY FROM OUT OF STATE,THEY'RE NOT EVEN PEOPLE I KNOW....

My son's phone number that has been on my account under my name for 2 years shows as some other random person. Terrible! It's more accurate with non T-Mobile carriers!

NOT free and yet you cannot remove it from your phone. Lame sauce

The app hangs. It is effectively only when you are not talking on the phone. Won't block scam callers everytime, even if number is on blocked list.

This app is extremely slow when trying to block a person's number from harassing you it doesn't let you even try to type in the number I've been waiting for 30 minutes to try to get this app to load

IDK what happened but I updated this app from 2.0.552e , copy & paste is gone and cant see # during manual entry. Whatever clown did the coding...fire them. Its not the phone, on a note 8 (from LG V20) and it was the update

Can't delete random phone numbers that show up under Name ID. Very inconvenient. Numbers still show up when you type in a number, but won't let you delete it. The fact that they are NOT saved in your contacts should mean they won't be saved, but they are because they keep showing up in search results. Fix this!!!

Helpful, but buggy. I launch the app and it hangs. I lookup a number and it hangs (On GS7e)

Not sure why I keep paying for this service? Most of the time it never list who is calling, just "Unknown Number"! It occasionally gives a name, but only if it's a cellphone caller? Plus, I'm not a fan of the changes to they've made, less user friendly?

STILL Does NOT identify calls AT ALL, even when I try to look them up...what's the point?? The only reason why I'm keeping this app is to block calls, that is also why it received two stars instead of one.

Older version of the app was like the white pages, this one does not give you any info and does not warn of scams half the time

If the name is to long it gets cut off and you can't read it. Flipping to landscape does not help. This is a MAJOR OVERSIGHT rendering this app useless for long names.

It's missing a few things but helps by keeping stalkers from being able to contact you
