Metro 411

I've never once used this or any of the metro apps. I would love to be able to uninstall since this device isnt even connected to a cell service anymore, currently being used as a Wi-Fi only device for my son. Dont want to root the phone though because I'm afraid I'll mess it up.

This app is incredibly weird. Giving you the exact location of people around you. Not giving you their number but still... I don't see the point of it. Besides I got really angry when I saw an add of Bayer when they're one of the WORST/most EVIL companies today.

Came with phone -cant uninstall..service plan say i have unlimited assistance from this app.. However ,everytime i run a phone number it want to charge me for info..every time i run name it eather gives out of date info. Or wants to charge me..dont down load..way better & cheaper apps to be had

Wish I could uninstall these programs I don't use EVER lol what's the point of like 2 Gigs if you can only use like 1G to download stuff I know I could get SD but it's just the point of it if it doesn't mess the phone system up why make us keep it

I paid for a premium subscription & downloaded everything per Metro PCS instructions, yet everytime I look up a # it says I need a premium subscription...which I already have. I try to sign up again & it says I'm already a member. It's a vicious circle. Basically u pay for a service u never actually get.

It's really great. Look up near anything and anybody wherever I am. Works better now that some upgrades have been made with the app itself.

Why is this app even on the phone? No one uses 411 in this new age of Google. Please let us uninstall this waste of bytes.

Horrible it's a horrible app I just wish I could delete it it takes up space I don't even really use it I don't need it it ruins my YouTube channel myn is S.M.O aws

Had to search out source of app and had a little difficulty installing it, but once I got to download it I'm happy, happy, happy again I have this in my Metro PCS phone!☺☺

Wow, 9 years of uninterrupted service with MetroPCS and I get nothing!! Nada! Zip! Zero! Zilch! Not even an acknowledgement, even when I relocated and changed my number! One fell swoop, I didn't miss a beat. Time to rethink my service provider. Newbies to the network get INCREDIBLE BENEFITS, OPTIONS AND OFFERS. Meanwhile, NINE years with same network provider and I keep losing benefits! Not only loyal, I've always paid for the biggest and expensive plan. Time to upgrade!! :(

I paid for monthly subscription, unlimited searches on metro411. When I search a number I still get charged $1.99 for a single search. When I tap on pay for unlimited, it comes up already a paid subscription. Manage subscriptions. I have emailed support and still no response.

Worked great for the first month but, even though I've been charged for the last two months and have emails saying I'm subscribed, i'm still asked to pay for premium searches. Have deleted app data in app settings on my phone, restored my previous subscription in app, and even attempted to subscribe again(a notification popped up saying that I was already subscribed) have sent two emails to customer service which haven't been replied to. Would give 5 stars if I could use it again.

The app is crappy. The metro PCs company shows how valued each of us is by ripping us off $3.00 a month each ever month. I can not wait to switch to Verizon.

Been with you 10 years. You all only give specials to New customers.. loyal customers don't get discounts... You'll don't have family plans... I'm considering leaving you'll and going to cricket if it doesn't change

I hate every app metro pcs forces onto you. They all fail and never work properly.

Very hard to find places out of your township!!! I should not have to give up space for nothing. Suggest you stick with Google 4 this service ! & it's more reliable.

This uses space on MY phone that I paid for and I cannot see a single thing that makes this app better than using Google. Really. Not a single thing.

Forced to have it on your phone with no way to uninstall it waste phone storage.

Don't have much space because they download apps on for WHAT U dumbstruck

Has a lot of numbers no names but when it does have a name its pretty accurate

Hate it... don't want it. Can't remove it. Waste of space and the pop ups are so annoying!!
