Why have this app? There's no point in it, you can call information free if you need too. If you need directions this app is just going to send you to another app. If it weren't preinstalled on my phone I would uninstall it.

Very disappointing when I am looking for a certain name and a phone number in a certain area that is heavy cricket cell phone service usage I can't even get through a simple opening the application without getting an error message 4002 and I'm a cricket user with a Cricket phone and it won't work absolutely horrible please fix immediately

Was the top both of them are good don't get me wrong but they lack of some features as well as performance I have to say cricket 411 hands down is always the best in every way never slow only got stuck ones and I think that was my phone not the app because it's work's perfect smooth nice looking Save to contacts give directions and map it or choose to put for favorite you just can't get no better I know now definitely number 1 everybody should dump the rest and get crackle 411 is the best
