Don't download this app. 5£ cuppon card is best... 1st you need all the time Internet on your phone if you want to make a call.... I don't like this app at all..

Good quality phone call but it doesn't allow me to top up via paypal. R8ght at the end when completing payment it says can't find page. Does this all thr time

Works perfect for me. Makes calling my family so much easier. A few tiny glitches in topping up so I just go to the desktop site and top up my account. No worries. Good job guys!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! DISHONEST RATE DISPLAY WITHOUT THE HIDDEN CHARGES! Your service claimed rate to Nigeria was 6p to call mobile? But it's not! What are the hidden charges? Because I have been overcharge which is totally unfair.

Very bad app. Can't see how the calls were used and how much did it cost, calling via local mins doesn't work, my credit disappeared and customer service told me to send mail , they can't sort it on call, it used to be good, also minimum online topup is £5, where as calling card from local shop is £1.

It's CHEAP.Reading other's review they fail to mention how cheap it is therefore the frustration when they can't top up. Just go online or get the latest phone

I think this app is still expensive to Afghanistan. If u call by lyca it charge u 5p per minute and u guys charge 10, hope we can get a better offer on this app

Only one question Does the person being called also need to install it? Or can I make a call everywhere?

Since I recently updated this App, I have been unable to Top-Up using PayPal, this is a major inconvenience! It would have been 5* otherwise.

This app was the best app for last 3 years, i recommended to everyone even most of my family here in the uk using it, but unfortunately now it's the worst app, because you can't top up, 2nd you can't hung up the call, even sometimes very poor signal, sometimes they'll say you're card already using call customer service, the annoying thing is wen you got money on the account but can't make call, i think the old version was 10/10,

This version is not good, every time is come select call type option!

Recent call history not updating in call log to redial even after hours. Pls help.

It shows that I still have £17.41 but I couldn't make any calls and says that I have low balance.How is that?

I've been using white products for years now and since the app has been available I have used it locally and abroad with the WiFi option. I cannot fault this product and have always found their customer services very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up to the call quality and competitive pricing.

I download this white calling and top up twice £5 & £5. Didn't receive any credit to call, when i called them they said, send my bank statement including card & mobile number but they didn't do anything. I called them again and they said call them back in weekdays. Too much hassle for just calling abroad. Once i am getting my credit back i will never try this again.

I've been using this app for a long time, I spend huge amounts to top up... everytime I assume the call will be clearer but no it gets worse after 10-15 minutes call disconnects I'm very appalled with you're service, I'm going to delete the app never will use again...

White calling card used to be very good, all of a sudden, my phone call would cut off while I'm talking and when I try to call back it would say my calling card is in use. Does that even make sense

I love this app! My family are back home in Cyprus and I use White Calling all the time to keep in touch with them! So cheap and easy to use and even easier to top up! Great app!
