When using for the in room controls it works great and is quite streamlined however checking availability for rooms leads the app to crash every time.

Done everything I've been told to do, connected to the wifi etc, just keeps crashing - lying in bed trying to turn off the lighting with no avail. App won't work, the buttons in the headboard wont work, looks like its going to be a long night.

Download contacted to WiFi as instructed. Doesnt work. Using latest Sony phone so it's not a device age thing and followed all instructions. Staff just shrugged their shoulders. Get idea to have a tech hotel, rendered impotent by a poor app. My son wrote an app that changes screen colours. Completely uesless but at the moment it better than this app because it actually works. I told 10 people at work today how amazing the concept of hub hotels are then told the same ten how rubbish it ended up being

THIS APP IS ONLY USED FOR THE HUB HOTELS - AS IN COVENT GARDENS AT THE MOMENT!!! So many people obviously don't realise this... The app is used to control your room functions in the new "Hub" hotels of premier in (the only one currently open is Covent Gardens - however more are due to open in 2016). Such a shame that the app has so many poor reviews due to people not paying attention as it really is worthwhile for your stay. Hope I have helped clarify why this app has so many poor reviews when it shouldn't!

Good idea but terrible execution. The only thing that works is the map with the recommendations which no one really needs... Very frustrating experience.
