Premier Inn Hotels for Android
Can't log in, just get working circle and then crashes. Used to be the only way I could book premier Inn as their website doesn't work either when it comes to payment. Reported numerous times but no response or improvement. First rule of a company should be make sure customers can buy your product! Looks like that's the end of premier Inn.
Tried booking through the app which said my order was declined. Then went onto the website and booked successfully. Then found out I've been charged for 2 identical bookings. Not good at all!!
Fails to work on a Samsung J3, even after several re-installs. Reported malfunction loads of times but no response or improvements (works perfectly on an iPad or Windows desktop)
Limited. Only good for giving them your money ie making a booking. Can't do any sort of booking management or account management or check in. Rather useless.
Don't get the point of this app other than for Premier Inn Marketing Dept. to put a tick in the box of "Yes, we've got an app". Doesn't track your identity on your phone, so you have to manually log in every time: doesn't track your bookings automatically once you've logged in (need to input your ref no., name & dates every time for every stay): won't let you check in either. All it seems to do is tell you where a Premier Inn is - which I can do on google anyway. Waste of memory on my phone essentially. You're better off going to the webpage and saving a link on your phone to there.
Has not worked from day one.. Cheap and nasty as u would expect. Booked room. And app just stalls and won't book room... U loose money I'm. Off to another chain
Made booking and it said "booking unsuccessful" made another booking on my laptop instead now find I've been charged for both bookings not good at all
Can't see previous booking in app. But can find it with search!!
Can book a room with a few clicks. The maps great for choosing the hotel closest to your destination.
The app doesn't recognise my postcode. Other than that it is a good app.
Booked into a Hub by Premier Inn and was offered the Hub app. Clicked the download and got this. Not what was offered. Get the links in your email right
Can't even open this app!!!!! Absolutely rubbish....uninstalling :(

Use premier inns a lot and this app works fine. Previous complaints unfounded as far as I can see...calendar: does show the day name but doesn't display as a grid, I'm sure we'll manage. Interface: displays all hotels and pics well. Previous and future bookings displayed clearly once the account syncs. It is true that one cannot check in using the app, this would be a welcome enhancement. Overall the app functions well and is easier that the website.
Doesn't appear to work properly as I cannot see my bookings, current or previous unless I enter the reference number - isn't being able to view your bookings via your menu the whole point of the app? I have to keep opening my emails to search for the ref to then put in the app which defeats the whole point imo. Useless unless you want to search and book a hotel on the move. Uninstalled.
Refuses to accept my perfectly valid mobile number - claims it isn't entered correctly. Can't get past this to complete my booking. Very annoying to be blocked by something so apparently trivial! At the very least the message should give some clues as to why the number isn't acceptable. It's a shame as I'm a Premier Inn regular and it would be very useful to be able to book on my phone but as it stands this app is worse than useless
The app works fine for me. Only 4* because after entering card details I got session has timed out. Please make it a bit longer so I can decide where to stay.
why is this app saying its not compatible with my Samsung S7 Edge, it used to work fine? this started happing after I had my phone replaced and had to reload all my apps. Please advise
Wouldn't let me input my phone number or address.. kept telling me they were invalid.
Useless app. Tried to book a room three times and it drops at the last minute. We also tried the website which was equally useless. What is annoying is we are standing in the hotel but they want to charge us 10 percent more....
Rubbish. A waste of time Won't let me register a perfectly correct phone number and address. Crashes out. Great!!!!
Does the job for booking a room on the move but one significant omission is that you can't use the app to check in in advance. Hopefully this is coming soon because I see the app for iOS already has this capability. A curious decision to make this feature available on the least popular platform first! UDPATE 05 Jun 16: Saw the 'Authorise your Payment' pop-up window for the first time (Capital One MasterCard). The text on this is waaaay too small, even for those with with good eyesight! Surprised not found in testing.** UPDATE 09 Mar 17: Downgraded to 3 stars. Disappointed that online check-in still not implemented in this app - major opportunity missed imho. Also, it's proving irritating to have to enter a password every time I access the app - persistent login required!
Worked on my 3 yr old phone will not work on my new galaxy. It only loads part of the app and when I try to open it crashes and says that it has stopped working. Very frustrating
Very disappointed cannot open app. I've installed it 3 times and had no luck. It's a shame as I like premier Inn.

Will not accept a phone number in any format or combination of area code. Can't book room because of it. Please fix, I need this to work

Doesn't allow you to check in. What's the point of the app showing you your current bookings, but then you have to go to the web site (which isn't linked, and isn't mobile friendly) in order to check in before arrival? Also doesn't save your login status, you have to login every time, so you may as well just use the web site. Come on Premier, try some joined-up thinking, most other companies with your resources manage a lot better than this.
