Great that you can put a credit card in now, but could you fix the delete card feature please

I think this has just been released too early. It doesn't yet accept cards and doesn't have geolocation - but I will check it out again if/when these features are added.

So happy to see we have a taxi app that actually works again. It's a pity the app doesn't accept credit cards yet, but it's clear to see the option will be available in future.

Out of the few times I have used it i have been cancelled on . Wait times of 10 mins , driver arrivals showing in negative mins. Half baked . It uses like an alpha test.

For the moment I won't be using this app as I still don't think it's 100% up to scratch. Won't let manually change my pick up location when the GPS gets it wrong. Bugs should have sorted before releasing the app rather than releasing it and fixing the problems as you go when people complain in the review section.

No option to pay by card, which is a letdown... But the bigger letdown is that there will be a 5% service charge when card payment is available... Compared to Lynk which currently gives a €2 discount with card payments, this seems like a poor decision that doesn't have the customers interests in mind...

Constant cancellations and also 5% charhe if you cancel which is very high. The app has potential however has not reached where it needs to be!

I love the idea of a Coop taxi app but the lack of an option to pay by card gets an uninstall from me.

As per other reviews. It's a real shame.

Has no icon on my Pixel XL. Does not allow paying by card. Has no icon in its notification. Includes a "close" option on its menu.

Altogether it's incomplete. Cash only options as of 16/12/17. Most menu options don't lead anywhere or display anything. Unable to complete profile information. Still needs some serious work (and some proper QA) if it's going to be viable and compete with other taxi apps.

Not happy to use until it accepts card payments. The beauty of other taxi apps means your never stranded even when you have no cash.

Downloaded today. Couldn't get a cab. Was "loading" for ages. Shame. Was really hoping it would work. Fingers crossed it improves and will be a good rival to mytaxi.

Worse than mytaxi. Never thought I'd say that about an app but then I tried to use the train wreck that is Whistle

Downloaded the new app and all it keeps saying is some permission are not available so I can't even sign in delted already shocking app

Pointless without card payment option. Should have waited before launching.

Wipes the floor with hailo, needs some work though, first thing, the permissions it's requesting are quite odd, second, when you send a verification number you could make it more professional looking, location tracking is 100% accurate, much better than hailo. Hailing is practically instant, this things a dream come true for frequent hailo users, 100% recommend

Have been waiting 15 minute's for verification code that has not arrived so I'm just deleting. As a new app this should have been better tested as poor testing can lead to many bad reviews and quick delete rates.

Why do you want to make and manage phone calls? Uninstall.....the app should require location data but nothing more then that! A competitor to mytaxi is needed as it's useless but you need to sort out your app permissions

Was going to install but requesting permissions I am not happy to give like make calls....it's a no from me

Way better than My Taxi. Drivers dont cancel on you.

This app is terrible. Only cash is accepted. The places search returns all Polish destinations, for example when I searched for an airport only polish addresses were returned. The profile is a joke too! It's spelt profl. I don't know how it got into the app store

The website claims they take card, but the app doesn't. The whole thing feels like it was built for drivers, which is fine, but not having card payment shows they are should probably focus on the end user too.

Probably won't use this until card payments are viable I never carry cash.. I have high hopes cos mytaxi is Bollox
