It's fine when it works. Live bus positions are useful, when it doesn't crash. Train times are generally accurate, when it doesn't crash. It crashes almost every time I open it. It's barely usable, and only stays open for about 20 seconds before crashing.

Won't locate.. no info on any train at all....location unavailable is the message im getting

This app was great before now it's garbage. Train times are awful. Never accurate. Needs update. Need to make it where it's accurate, and make any service changes correspond with train times. Force closes frequently. Please fix or I'll uninstall

Now it's trash Used to be able to know when the train was coming now just sits there doesn't even locate my position anymore

Ilike is easy to track the train but is not easy to use the bus locater i use this to track the train but i use another app to track the bus is call ny city bus time

it very helpful when needed direction an also awsome when traveling that why I think it's a great app for the Bus root !

I like that I don't have to scroll and click so many times like on the other apps to just get quick info about my train status , like if is delayed or if there is some construction going on... Train times are usually on time, if u have Clocks on your station it shows live trains arriving time, which what I have experienced is usually correct. If u don't have Clocks you just have to rely on the train schedule uploaded into this app. Leave earlier and you won't be disappointed by missing your train!

Have a small screen. Would be good for live station train times to be bigger and possibly pop out to fill screen for better viewing.

I downloaded and tested 4 apps for nyc transportation. This is by far the most user friendly and gives the best info.

Doesn't have all train routes. Bad user interface.

This app is incorrect 75% of the time.

I don't know where the negative reviews come from. I have been using this app on my Xperia Z3 for a year on the B, D J G F E the margin of error is 30 seconds. That's it, Sometimes is exact. But then again we need negative reviews so the app keep improving :-) I don't have more transit apps this is the best.

Doesn't let you move around the map, it keeps snapping back to your current location, gave me wrong info on the nearest train to me, and I cannot access subway or train maps as advertised. I will delete this garbage.

It only posts the train schedule, not the time the train is actually coming. I've watched it count down the seconds until a train is supposedly pulling into the station, and 10 minutes later it still hasn't arrived. I waited 20 minutes for the M the other day and according the this app, 3 trains had gone by.

I tried using this app for the D train. The app says there is an 8:06, there is no such train, yet every morning this app says there is. It's more like an 8:08 if we're lucky. The wait time is all wrong for the D train

Just spent 30 minutes waiting for the B train, checking this app and "wheres my train" seeing both report all fine, then finally an MTA worker informs me the B is not even running today. (It's a friday, by the way). "Wheres my train" was reporting minute by minute tracking of the B train! If it's not even running, what was it tracking?? Useless apps. Don't waste your phone space.

Never get things right!! Waiting for 20 minutes no train but showing everything good

The times are never right. Plus, train are only up and downtown labeled which doesn't work for all trains.

Haven't seen anything all weekend for the IRT lines but the scheduled times. Where'd the live times go?

Times are not even close. Missed many a train. Train arrival times given when no service is even there due to construction.

Would've rated this 5 stars if it worked on weekend train service as well as it does weekday.

For the F and M trains this app is no good does not ever get it right
