w2w : WhenToWork Mobile App

It would be a 5 star app if I had the ability to swap between 2 departments without having to log out and log back in. Also when I click a phone number in the app it shows up as an error when it moves to make a phone call. More support for Android please!

The user interface, both on desktop and mobile, is lacking. It does not show any knowledge of UI/UX design on their part. The Android app does not follow Material guidelines. Frequently, time off requests are entered wrong because of sloppily coded controls (even though all platforms include a date/time picker that could have been used instead, so I don't get why they did this). It's also not aesthetically appealing, but that's the least of their UI/UX problems. I doubt they even made a wireframe first or any other major UX design processes. It's not quite intuitive, it just barely gets the job done, and if they don't hire a new UI/UX designer soon they're never gonna get better. Also, you know they're not confident in their mobile app when it includes a link to their desktop version

Something wrong with this . I just downloaded this app to use for my business and it's asking me of user name and passward and I don't have one because I need to create one. And there is no place where I can click to create one so I can login. So nothing is getting accomplished really.

W2W app is very useful. Takes the stress of not knowing when your next shift is away. Allows for trades, time off requests, and schedule changes. Simple, easy, perfect.

This app would be awesome if there was a feature that showed you how many hours you had for the week. Rather than having to go into the schdule section and clicking on each day and counting it up on your own. #AndroidAppUser

Works great, only issue is when I would turn my phone to landscape view while looking at my schedule, it will show an error message

Why is there no notifications??! We just rolled this out but it's becoming a pain with no app push notifications

reasonably good app, but what app doesn't have an option for push notifications?

I need to be able to view a second acct easier than logging out of one and logging into another. Otherwise, it's very useful and easy.

I love it only thing IA on my phone I can't see how many hours I have but it shows on my friends phone for hers what can I do w2w

Everything is perfect. It would be nice to have the android app tell you how many hours you work rather than having to open up the internet separately.

Really helpful. Only request is that there can be multiple accounts on one app

I wish this app had an option to add more than 1 account on Android. My family member had an iphone and has 2 accounts on hers.

It would be better if it can notify you automatically when your next shift will be..like an alarm setting.

I think this app is great, however you guys should make it easier to delete more messages at once

Slow. Website was easier to manage. Had to uninstall it.

You guys should add the Full Schedule option right into the app itself. It's a hassle always going to the internet for that. Also, it would be nice if you guys made cell phone numbers into hypertext. Or at least be valuable. When I want to text a coworker, it should automatically take me to the dialer,ot error page. Please fix and I'll give you 5 stars.

I like this app but I really wish it gives me a notification when there is an open/drop shift rather than an email or text, which is kind of inconvenience if an employee doesn't have wifi or a mobile plan. I also want to have full feature on the app itself rather than having to open the website to access the full feature.

This app is great and works just like it promises to. But my only complaint is that I wish you could use multiple agencies and just talk between the two friends since I work two different EMS agencies and they both use when to work and I just wish that I could easily toggle through them without having to log out and log back in.

I like the feature of seeing Who's On Now or Later on the day I go into work. And I love that it posts to my Google calendar! Very simple to use and navigate throughout the app. Easy to use shift trade and time off. It was very helpful that when I had two jobs that used W2W, I was able to switch back n forth from either schedule.

I truly love the Website version, but the app is limited and not so easy to navigate. Some schedule operations are downright difficult on a mobile interface without a small tip stylus. The app has come a long way, but has even longer to go. Still, in a pinch, I can do most things I need to do. I just find it cumbersome to do them.

This app has worked really well for the past few years for me, it's a little tough to create schedules on, it would be nice if the format was more similar to that of the full version, but I usually go to the desktop to make a new schedule. Issue I have had recently is that the monthly view doesn't work. Please update or fix that, it was fine last week, this week. ..nothing. other than that, thanks. Had made my life easier!
