WITS? As in What's In This Stuff? Use the barcode scanner to scan a grocery product and see the ingredient list! You can then learn more about what each ingredient is, what its used for and if there are any health benefits or concerns. You can also setup ingredient profiles to track ingredients you like, don't like, your allergies, your spouse's or children's allergies, or anything else you can think of.
By using the What's In This Stuff? app you will be able identify controversial ingredients that you don't want your family to eat. Don't diet, don't be mislead by hyped up marketing, read unbiased descriptions about every ingredient on the nutrition label, and decide for yourself!

What a terrific concept for an app. However, its performance leaves much to be desired. Lack of detail, and missing data makes this app just a little more than useless.

... Just a message to install a bar code reader or to take pictures and upload the info yourself? Odd when the codes scanned were "using" the bar code reader and they were standard branded goods. Ah well, deleting saves disk space and it was free
