WhatsApp Business

I'm having issues with the app. After switching my number to business seems like I've lost identity. My name no longer shows in all the business groups I joined only the number. Guys fix this bug or include it in the features how would people identify me in the groups?

Thank you for adding WhatsApp for Business, but the App is still very basic. If would be great you: 1. Let other contacts seen the name of the business instead of the numbers. 2. Allow multiple login of the same business app. It remains a personal account if it can only be accessed by a single person. (A device can be signed a name, which can help track who has been texting on behalf of Business) 3. A background avi for WhatsApp business. 4. Verification ticks to show the legitimacy of the business. 5. Slot for social networks rather than only space for websites. (With social icons perhaps) 6. A little slide layer in profile to display items, products and services offered or in sale. 7. Groups created by a business account would do to have a Pin option to display info on top. (Or all WhatsApp groups for that matter) Admin posts should at least have some weight that everyone's post on the group. 8. Allow a business name to be changed. At least you can roll in usernames for business. Then let display names be changed as often as possible. *Overall, the app has the quality and security that WhatsApp offers but it is so basic and only useful to Small Business that are ran by a single individual.

Yes, it's designed for small businesses. But even then there's like 3-4 smartphones being used, why does it have to be one phone with one number? Why can't multiple phones use it with one number instead of having to make separate ones? Really need that feature. The person working isn't always available, so it would be nice if someone else could respond. It limits the app. I want to be able to register a number that can be used by other people as well on their separate smartphone.

The App need be designed to woo new customers while connecting existing ones. Prospective customers should be able to see the business name, contact details and business information (even as they don't have the number in their phonebook) in order not to discard the message as spam. Pls address this!

Most needed app for business owners. I was using third party apps for using 2 whatsapp in same mobile which was not at all usable. Thank you whatsapp for making this App. Hope to get updates that will be needed in Future.

nice app. But a business app require much more features to handle customers and promote their business. Labling contact is good but labeled chat should have corrosponding color on label icon beside chat icon on home page. currently all different labels are shown as same grey color label icon on main page.

This App is Great... No problems on my side.. I'd like to see the following futures: 1) Appointment scheduler with reminders and intergrated with Google Calendar. 2) Ability to set Broadcast for a certain Label 3) Conference call/video call

It's kinda the same as regular whatsapp. The only useful features being able to run it side by side with the regular app. The auto replies are also nice. But alot more needs to be added to be considered a business app.

Hi team, facing problem to set business hours, example i set from start 1100 then end 0130, start change to 0130 too, means start 0130 end 0130. I cant set the business hours properly. Hi team, can pls fix set business hours? Business hour start from 1100 to 0130 (11:00am - 1:30am), can't be set.

What's the point of this if it can only be used on 1 device at any one time? The ability to register with a fixed line number is good but it's stuck with one device. Would have preferred to see an option either to install on to multiple devices with the same account, or the ability to delegate to multiple regular WhatsApp users to manage (answer calls, send announcements, update status, message or reply) on behalf of the business.

Not useful for a person using it for a professional use other than business. Personal Name of individuals must be verifiable. My account is not verified so far

Hi, i have been using this app for about 3 days now. I have found few bugs about notification. I don't recieve any notification of messages. When I open the app i start getting all the messages back to back. Kindly resolve this issue.

After opening the camera in it, i m not able to select the photos that appear down, even after swiping up for all photos I m unable to do it.

Con : Why 2 apps instead of 1 app that can handle multiple accounts like Wire, Tungsten messenger or Conversations.im ?? It's still sharing your data with facebook. Pro : you can install it on a tablet without a sim card, the regular version should have that option to

When i used the label chat the color didn't showed up. It only had grey color eventhough i chose blue/green label.

Well my syggestion is that when i call someone can you add ringing so we can know that this person is online and his phone is ringing .thank you in advance

Awesome! Truly the best app ever! But for business wich are 24 hours open everyday. You should put "always open" rather than every day 24 hours

It cannot verified Number as i already upload my website.... And support service is nothing

I will give 5 STARS when i see these NEW FEATURES- 1) email service, so that we can access our any email through this single app 2) what if it contains an online contact directory of businesses? 3) Put a mark on Contacts whether they are customer or other businesses to deal with, within this app 4) should it contain a feature naming "payment facility"? 5) etc..... :-D (don't want to reveal all potential features :-P

I'm kinda confused, if this app is for business and my privacy is set to everyone, why can't people that I've not added to my contacts see my opening and closing hours, my status, emails and website. I think this is an overlooked bug. Please fix

Sending msg not fast it's hang when sending pic vedio and text, can't switch another number. Please update can switch another mobile no.

Problem in WhatsApp web! Disconnects in every 5 minutes and notifications issues when you open app then only notifications will come

One thing i dont like that we can not use one number at a same time in whatsapp and whatsapp business app.

It is very good because one device two WhatsApp This WhatsApp is also do normal work

If only there's a feature to import chat from the regular whatsapp as I just move my number to a business whatsapp

App is good and it'll be much better if we can add two numbers one mobile and another landline. Secondly there must be way to verify the business with blue or green tick.

Laggy and disconnecting once minimize the app.

When I send out message to another person, the message stays there without sending out.
