WhatGas Petrol Prices Pro

Find this to be a great wee app. Sometimes I do wonder about the accuracy of the prices however, that is down to the users of the site and the information which they provide, not the developer so unfair to punish them. WE USE THE SITE THEREFORE, WE HAVE TO UPDATE THE INFORMATION REGARDING PRICING! THE DEVELOPER CANNOT BE EVERYWHERE CHECKING AND UPDATING PRICES! BE SENSIBLE WHEN LEAVING FEEDBACK. Do your bit for fellow motorists and it will work fine!

This is a very handy app, find a petrol station when you're out and about. Only issue is it relies on users updating prices, it is not done centrally

Fantastic easy to use has all nearest and not stations able to create your own one Lets you update easily current all fuel types prices. Immediately finds current location and ALL neighboutign petrol stations ealily. Strongly recommneding the pro purchased versoin at very low rate £0.71

This app is pointless as it does not let you use google maps to navigate. Try using the built in navigation. It's impossible without a compass and a co driver.

@ devs. Please make the price input screen big and with buttons/scroll for +/- in increments of 1. Having to type it is really bothersome. Because of this I mostly skip the price updating. I barely use it to be honest... This is, in my opinion, what keeps people away.

Nearly all station out of date by months some by a couple of years (audience participation required) not worth paying for.

I may have missed how to do this but it would be helpful if directions could be passed to maps to allow for navigation

App works exactly as described. This is a community-based app, and requires REGULAR community-based imput in order to maintain up-to-date and accurate price info. One thing I would ask, even beg of the community - PLEASE also update prices for ALL available fuels, especially SuperUnleaded and super diesel - being as these don't seem to be displayed on kerbside signs, thanks. :-)

It's really nice and works well. As long as you don't plan on going to Baltic states(Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia). Despite the fact Latvia joined eurozone on 01jan2014 and Lithuania did so on 01jan2015, this app still lists fuel prices in old national currencies that used to be in place. I wrote two email regarding this, but never got a responce and issue was not fixed. Also, it looks like this issue stoped locals from updating the prices since they are confused of what to write.

Fantastic idea, very slickly done and useful. Needs people to take part to make it work though. If you download it, please update prices to make it even better.

Easy to understand

A brilliant app driven by the users. It doesn't cost anything but the more you use it the more you and other users can save with accurate fuel prices

Don't complain about old data if you're unwilling to update your own local outlets. Unfortunately, compiler doesn't respond to reports of filling stations that no longer stock particular products. Example filling stations that no longer sell lpg still have old data and requests for that item to be removed are ignored.

Although plagued by out-of-date prices and prices for fuels not sold (you can add but not remove) it was worth having till it stopped showing any stations yesterday. Now it's no use at all. Can I have my money back?

Great app apart from the occasional problem. Being as its user reliant. When you get sone idiot going round putting £999.99 on every petrol station nearby there should be a way to report pricing errors amd people who constantly give incorrect prices should be banned from editing them...

Seems to have stopped working, won't display garages. Have tried an uninstall and reload without any difference.

It's a perfect app nowadays! The only thing difficult is upgrade the prices all the time! But worths the cause

This app suddenly stopped working and is now completely useless. Having purchased it, I am not happy.

A good useful app

Saves us £££'s on longer journeys when we don't know where the cheapest fuel is. Remember to do your part though and update your local station's prices

I would give it no star but I can't. I don't find the paid version any different from the free, I paid for the app with the impression that the petrol prices would be updated automatically but I still have to update the app whenever I pass a petrol station with cheap prices

Prices in my area not updated since Christmas. If I knew that to do what I got it for I'd have to drive around all the fuel stations in my area I wouldn't have bothered. Don't advertise it unless you're going to keep prices fully updated. Instead of us doing it for you.

considering I payed for this its not that accurate and I have to update the prices myself

Users should correct errors when found to ensure accuracy. You could drive some distance to a filling station that no longer exists!

Prices are not updated automatically, which is a but annoying

Perfect for saving money now fuel is getting more expensive, but requires users to keep it up-to-date. So every time you top-up, update :-)

1,000+ users and it has quite the regular updates, have to give the users credit here as well as the dev. All this needs is to be featured at the Play store. A larger base, then limit it to the few that provide regular (correct) updates.

Very useful, but needs more users. It has already improved since I first started to use it.
