I really wanted to get into Kims app, but it feels very, "nerdy girl at the door of Studio 54" like, "Nope, ya not comin' in!" ... like a big marketing strategy, which im sure has it's benefits, but is it somewhere fans will hang, or be rejected unless they pay up?? ... Doesn't remind me of Kim.. Her generous nature is in the far far distance! ...But she looks hot af!! ;-)

I got this app to access her old makeup tutorials, which it would not let me do. Now I can't figure out how to unsubscribe because I do not know my ITunes login / don't use it. I just want to cancel the app I never use.

I don't mind paying $2.99 but this app is impossible to use! The user interface is the most frustrating thing I've experienced.

OK so I pay money for an app that doesn't let me watch half of the content. What am I doing wrong? I press to watch and all it gives me is option to share on my phone or if I log in on the Internet then to share on fb or twitter. HELP ME OR I WILL CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.

"Locked" is a word that best describes this app. If you are not able to pay a monthly fee, don't bother installing. As for me, one word comes to mind - "uninstall"

Everything is locked unless you pay 2.99 a month. Not worth for me when everything she knows is someone else's knowledge. Might as well look up her employees and look at their content.

It's stupid and pointless. Almost everything is locked like they wanna make money so lock 80% of the stuff and hope people unlock it

At first it was cool to see the pictures of her and Kanye & the family after everything happened but I really enjoyed the first app better than this app. Also I just read that if you have a different phone the app shows you more if u click on a pic..... it's supposed to not work on Androids No clue ......will check it out!

The developers of this team don't care at ALL about Android users. Apparently, which I found out by accident, this new revamped version of the app is NOT only photos. Apparently you are supposed to be able to CLICK these photos and it takes you to more content, but just not on Android phones since they don't work out glitches. Go to the website for full functionality. I've emailed the team to see if they can fix this. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND FUNCTIONALITY.

Only reason i paid for this app because mario was showing his makeup techniques and tutorials im a fan of his work but havmt had a chamce to go to his masterclasses so this was as close as i can get now for months no makeup videos wasting my money

This app is nothing but pictures that are available on the internet. I subscribed I paid my $3 hoping that I would get maybe a vlog or something that was communitive interactive and informative . it's not it's just pictures that are available on the internet and now . I'm sad I was very excited about this by the way none of the links work you can go to the legal you can go to your profile but there are no such thing as setting there's nothing but pictures

Nothing offered in the preview is available. I paid 2xs and I still can't see anything. I sent an email to support but obviously they never email back. Please don't spend you money. #disappointedhousewife

Well I paid and all i got were few photos, didn't get any premium content like it said. It's a pretty basic app and I'm pretty sure Kim could get a far better app designer than this crap that has been created for her. It really sucks

Used to be good... $2.99 for pics is steep. I miss the old content. Cancelling stat. Also there is no easy way to cancel it should be done in app but it's not as a way to keep u paying.

The pics are nice, but I'm not PAYING to look at photos that Kim posts to Instagram anyways. Where is the content?

The app is soooo slow to load I can never see if there is new content. So disappointing

New version too slow to load and limited content

I loved her app at first but all I see now pictures I kept paying for months maybe she will get her app back but no more waisting more money!!
