i got a subway giftcard and tried to save it so i downloaded the app. the app made me create accout, then tried to save the online card using the same email address. that didnt work. i had to create another online accout. apparently, their website and mobile apps do not use the same system.

I got a gift card from a company using this system. On first look did looks a ok idea, besides the fact the gift will expire and by california rules it is not suppose too. But it is ok. Well I found that pizza of my heart was on the options for given gifts so naturally I went to my gift to choose that option and get over it. Surprise it was not let me choose, actually even showing and on top of that even after I had specific type my location the app showing places on other states? Really very disappointed.

Not very user friendly. We are yet to see the actual gift. Stuck in a loop that never gets to the gift card.
