I also tried to make this app work. I tried with 2 different WEX fleet accounts. Neither would allow me to enroll, as other reviewers have said, and i called the number they posted and was greeted with "longer than expected hold times"...should be rectified within 3 weeks (of course, I don't know when 3 weeks started). Overall, I would like this to work, but it seems like a waste of time right now.

They sent me something with my bill, telling me to download the app. So i Download the app and it says I cannot use it

Logged in first time for me. Nice tool to manage fleet on the go. App is a little slow but it's a good start. It's nice to see a native app for this. Please let me save my wex password on my phone, it's very annoying to have to enter it every time. It only remembers username. Otherwise thanks Wex

I switch cards from bus to bus. As a driver I can't use the application. It's new to my fleet. They put a $150.00 limit at the pumps. The owner has other ways to restrict use.

Works great. I'd like to see invoice amount on pay bill screen so I don't have to log in from desk top to see. But great app.... just cancelled a card through the app that I had forgot about.
