Useless app

This app doesn't work well on Android. Too many bad links. Sends notifications that can't be accessed. Just a bad overall experience. Too bad. I want it to work...

Android version only supported on latest version of Android (7 - Nougat), less than 10% of Android devices, only devices less than a year old. App is useless on my phone. Come on guys test and support a couple versions back and cover 70+% of Android devices.

This is basically a spam platform. Every day my phone buzzes multiple times with boring social media updates that we work thinks we are interested in but it's just annoying and the app won't let you turn off these stupid notifications. Also do you really like the idea of photographing your government ID and handing it over to god knows who and god knows what controls? I don't even know if my data is in the EU or the US or elsewhere.

Super helpful, but a lot of inconsistencies. For example, I can't open a message from the notification tray.

Android version sucks. Cant login in. I had to use an iPhone to login into the app and register my keycard.

Lots of glitches.

App menu keeps disappearing on galaxy s7. Reinstalled many times. Very frustrating and the weakest link in tgw whole wework ecosystem

Slide-in menu may or may not appear depending on its mood.

Push notifications that can't obviously (in app settings) be disabled = NO. I'm sure the app developers thought they were​ being clever with this but most updates sent out border on spam and are almost certainly not important enough to warrant a push notification. Noisy and annoying. Uninstalled.

Here lately, most of the time it doesn't let me log on. It says wrong password. But next day it will, then next day it won't. Forgot password doesn't work either.

App got stuck on ID verification.

Didn't present the menu to register key card.

Clean and intuitive UI

It's incredible how bad these apps are. I had an iPhone and it was a little better but not great. I've sent feedback about focusing the app on work utilities like a clear view of upcoming conference room reservations and less on the social aspect because of i want to use the social tools I will even if they aren't shoving it in my face all the time. Just overall kind of useless besides the support links and honesty market. Identity verification also doesn't work, even after it looks like they updated it... You get stuck if you get to change nationality and if you go with the default US once you take a photo of the front of your card you it doesn't respond when you try to proceed... I don't understand how this is so bad...

Buggy in so many areas.

I think it's great and does make it easy for wework members to make the most of wework. I would appreciate a feed post search engine if they ever install it!

Only reason to use the app is for member verification and it doesn't work.

Not sure why everyone's complaining. The app does everything it's supposed to. Have not had any problems so far.

Fake hipster bs. Packed with social features but fails to perform critical functions like registering a key card. Sort of like someone with no skills who bases their self work on their ink. All show, no go.

The design should be improved to allow returning to home screen from any dialog (Google material design preferably). Updatimg My Profile does not really work reliably or at least does not give the immediate feedback. Please test more.

Add a guest redirects to the web, which redirects to the app, which redirects to the web, ... Also see other reviews for more issues that need a manual test before shipping.

Very limited features and i can't even edit payment method and see invoices.

I'm a big WW fan and spend many thousands of dollars every month on rent. It's a mystery to me, though, why notifications have never worked in this laggy, sluggish app. Feels like Android 2nd Class Syndrome. Disappointing.

I've not got the key card verification to work once, despite multiple attempts. Since you need this to enter the office it's fairly critical...

Decided to give them a try, but hit two show-stopping bugs in less than 24 hours. (One is that the reservation page denies that today is a valid date. WTF.). Ugh.

You need the all to register the card but registration fails to upload. It says internet connection but the phone is connected to the wework wifi

Forced to install this crap

It's okay, but seems to be nothing but job ads from people not willing to pay job boards, and in some cases, not even the people they need help from. No real content if you don't need a job.

What a worthless app. This app does nothing useful. They force you to download the app to register your ID card, but then the registration fails.

Lots of "null" values are displayed to the user ID something isn't set. Can't register key cards, says "Oops something went wrong"
