This was great app in the beginning and I like things quick and simple.. But now when I try to use the app it keeps saying cannot connect to server..please try again.well I have tried to many times and still nothing...its the only reason its gets a 1star today..

This app is horrible....its wont even open after it been downloaded....its a waste of time and I ain't got time for bull$**t.

Whenever I try to open the app it says Cannot connect to server. Have tried Uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times with same results.

It says it can't connect to server. No help at all to make my payments. Waste of time and space on my phone.

Bring back the contract balance please that only thing it comes in my mind that you guys removed the balance is to make more payments than the contract saids.

Bring back the total balance plz this isn't working out I don't know where I'm at in my loan come on now

Can't view total balance? That's a very basic function. Something seems very fishy???

It saying i have to contact the office it keeps kicking me out i dont recommend just keep calling and deal with the reps yes i know they are rude but hey good thing is your just making a payment lol

I use to use this app all the time to pay my car payment but it has not worked since the end of last year. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it 3 times and still errors out with server down

I like how the new option tells you contract details.Also shows you what went I'n to principal and to interest from the payment made ,great app !

Same problem as everyone else cannot connect to server.

How badly can you want people to pay their loans when you cannot get a tool created to make that process easier work?

It won't aloud me to write my date of birth. It seems they want me to call so I can be charge the 5 dollar for payment over the phone .

You can't even look at the total of what you owe. App is a joke you can make a payment but can't see the total of what you owe lol

I am happy I didn't go with the negative reviews. I saw 2 good reviews and thought I'd try it anyways. I AM GLAD I DID. I made my payment and good to go! It did just what I wanted it to do. Thanks guys! Wonderful App!

You guys tell me to download the app and do self service. How can I when your guys' stuff doesn't work. I don't like talking to your reps because they have no customer service skills and are extremely rude. The only thing you guys are good for is taking all my money. I'm sorry, but this is the worst company I've ever dealt with.

This app is great for making your car payments and being on top of it. However with the new update, they took away the ability to look at your whole car balance...why westlake why?.......#bringthebalancebackagain
