Westbury Mobile

By accident I recently updated this app. What a huge mistake! I can no longer make mobile deposits with my phone! I cannot get the picture to focus the check, so it is rejected everytime! I am quite angry about it, because I am disabled and it is extremely difficult for me to go to the bank directly. I was so pleased when Westbury provided mobile deposit. I spoke with various people at Westbury about this issue, but got nowhere! I felt like noone cared! They insisted it was a problem with my phone and not their app.. Well, my phone's camera has NO problem focusing and taking clear pictures any other time! Just not with this app! Fix the problem, Westbury! After being with Westbury Bank for neatly 19 years, I am seriously considering doing my banking elsewhere!

App has been down for 3 days now. Only shows transactions from 2 weeks ago. What a pain!

Won't update current transactions. Showing from over a month ago.

I can't use this app since the upgrade.

Every couple weeks i am unable to logon, even online. I've got the correct logon information, and am told it has something to do with the data cache. I'm unable to logon even after i clear it. This app is awful, and if it continues i may be forced to find a new bank. I need to have access to my bank accounts daily, and this isn't working so well. Have been a customer for many, many years even well before the name change.

I've been losing my faith in Westbury since their switch. Now their app won't work. Not sure what's next to be ruined but I may not be a customer for long.

Does not allow third party password managers. It used to allow paste now no paste and no autofill from any thing.

I can't access my account. I know the credentials are correct, I just used them on the website! Just keeps telling me to call customer service.

Doesnt always log in correctly. Will crash. Now it doesnt work at all.

Mobile deposit kind of worked, you have to ask for it at a bank. Logs out if the screen times out.

Works great!! If you want the mobile deposit you have to let your banker know so they can hook you up. You can also use the app to pay bills if you sign up for online bill pay on a desktop computer. Love the convenience.
