You can monitor your daily usage online almost down to the hour, but the website is not compatible with mobile devices! You can download an app but no usage data is on the app! Most people don't even use computers anymore, can we pleeeeaaaaseeee get a way to check usage on mobile?

This app must have been updated or something. The map to view locations of outages used to work, but it doesn't work anymore.

It won't let me pay with a card only bank account. I'm not sure what happened I've been able to do it before.

Love this app make payments on it all the time haven't had any issue yet

Is there no way to see my daily energy usage through this app? That would make it a much better app! I've looked but can't find where to view usage on the app, if I've missed it please let me know.

I'm disappointed because I thought I would be able to check daily usage as I read and learned of this app by the guy that changed out my meter! I turned my heaters in the other night and wanted to see how much energy our old heaters consumed but nope. No what it promised to be at all.

Force closes on marshmallow Update- the app is now functional, the interface still needs work considering how much I pay a month for "energy"

When I go to click pay bill by credit or debit it keeps saying its temporary down but it keeps doing it other than that everything works fine will rate higher when thats fixed.

It would be nice if the app could remember and save payment info instead of getting out bank cards and typing in a bunch of numbers every time.

Seems pretty good. I love being able to get to my usage quickly

Can't use my card to pay my bill

Crashes on loading ever since marshmallow upgrade. I received a message that the issue has been fixed. NOT!! I'm on a nexux 7 2nd edition running android 6.0.1 and it still crashes as I sign in.

Can download but not install it

Automatically signs you up for paperless email billing by opening app and registering accounts. No warning or info given. You just don't get your bill and then you are late with your payment. This is a stupid tactic that needs to be corrected by devs IMMEDIATELY!!!

The outage map is very accurate and detailed. I love how you can view the weather map overlay as well. And it's very simple to pay my bill.

Great way to view my usage and bill. Also, easy to report an outage.

Downloaded the app, trying to register and it keeps saying "invalid email address." Complete waste of time

I love the ability to view the outage map and be able to report outages.

The app has everything I need to manage my electric utility account. I really like the ability to see and track my energy usage, pay my bill and also report and see outages in the easy to use outage map. Seeing estimated restoration time is also a great feature! Way to go Westar, great customer service!

The app is user friendly and convenient. It focuses on what matters most to me such as Pay Bills, Get Payment and usage history, manage average payment plan, report outages and the interactive outage map.
