A WePow video interview gives you the control and flexibility to begin your interview whenever and wherever is most convenient for you. WePow ensures candidates and recruiters start getting to know each other through a richer engaging video experience.
After you download the app and interview, you’ll have a chance to read through instructions and test your video camera. Once you begin your interview, you may watch videos of your interviewer talking and asking questions. For each question, you’ll have a short time to think before you record your video response. This process will repeat until you’ve answered all your interview questions.

Installed WePow. Walkes through the setup on my LG G5 and when I got to the camera test it was locked into the wrong camera lens. No option to switch. I emailed customer service and they just said "yeah, that's a known issue with your device... Tough".

This sucky sucky app crashed thrice in 10 question joke-of-an-interview. There is nothing that this bullshit app provides to candidates other than misery. Interviewers are lazy if they are using any such app. You know coding is hard, asking devs to install a crappy app is waste of their time and you're reading the output.

Just used this on a tablet but I had to turn the tablet on its side because the app assumed it was a phone. Also upload is taking a long time (still not finished), and I would like to be able to look back over my responses (perhaps you can but I still haven't got past the upload which is worrying).
