위패스를 쓰던 사람입니다. 핸드폰을 바꿨습니다. 전 핸드폰은 넥서스5, kt이었고 현재는 넥서스 5x, kt입니다. 적립을 유지하기 위해 적립내역 연동하기도 끝마쳤지만 새 폰에서 로그인이 되지 않습니다. 페이스북으로 로그인 하면 "이미 , wepass realstar version 앱을 승인했습니다"라는 말만 뜨고 진행이 되지 않으며, 카톡으로 로그인하면 카톡 아이디 확인 후 핸드폰으로 인증번호를 발송하는 단계에서 문자가 전혀 오지 않습니다. 빠른 개선 부탁드립니다.
