Any Toggle allows you to add a condition to any Locale situation that you can toggle through the application.
This is a plug-in for Locale ($10).
IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT LOCALE IS, YOU DON'T NEED THIS APP!
I created this application to add toggles to my current conditions, simply disabling the conditions associated with one of your situations will disable it regardless of the condition of the other conditions. A convenient side effect was that you could also create a situation with this toggle as the only condition, allowing you to use the vast number of Locale plugins out there to toggle nearly any setting on your device.
