I had trouble loading value to the app. I was told that there was an issue with my CC. Turns out I received a fraud alert from my card issuer asking me to verify that it was me attempting that transaction. They say I should be able to try it again. We'll see next time.

Would love to see coupons on the app.

The mobile pay part of the app continuously let's me down. For the third time in the few months I've had the app I am unable to get lunch due to it not allowing me to add funds to my account. Edit: I have rebooted uninstalled reinstalled several times. I have contacted your support with no fix. Now this is the fourth time it is not working and that means once again I must go through lunch with. No food because I do not carry my debit card and I rely on this app working which it does not.

Downloaded this app today. Deleting it. The credit card info is wrong. I tried to input my card info and it was incredibly frustrating because it said the month and date format is wrong. The example clearly shows two digit month and year but internet searching was the only way to find out you need the four digit year.

This app is no representation of the quality and service I get at my local Wendy's where I eat at 6 days a week. I truly believe you should completely remove this app until it has reached of quality is our recipe because this app is definitely not that. To defend the app by saying you don't currently offer any discounts or coupons because you working on the mobile ordering which I have yet to find a Wendy's in my area of where it works at is a poor excuse.Maybe if you offered the same excellent coupon offers on this app that some people get in there local mail or newspaper.It would make up possibly for parts of this app that need some improvements.If I didn't love eating at Wendy's I would not have bothered to write all of this Thank you

No coupons and no value to using this app over just using their website. Why take up room on my device for this? I thought this would be a loyalty program, but it has no features of a loyalty program. Will check again next year to see what changes have been implemented (because I do like Wendy's food!); in the meantime this app will be, and stay, deleted.

I used this in flagstaff arizona , the people are Great everywhere , this app is Fantastic, place a order when you show up then it is getting prepared you do not have to worry that it is sitting on a counter, we'll love Wendy's , and this app. They fixed the APP now I can input my credit card awesome no line waiting

With NO COUPONS the app is getting deleted. How careless. I guess I'll have to go to McDonald's and Burger King instead. Their apps aren't promising coupons in the "near future" they have coupons RIGHT NOW. Step up your game Wendy's. Your food tastes great and your app sucks.

Further update: citi visa fraud dep flagged and refused on latest try. Broken again! Update April 2017 Once again can add funds one time from cc. Thanks for the fix. I am a regular at Wendys for lunch and use mobile pay. Rarely an issue, but I find that the employees stumble at the register. It seems that there is an extra step that is a bit non-intuitive. They don't see this much, sometimes I think that I am the only mobile pay customer... Original review Used to work fine. Reloaded funds many times. Now gives an error message that loading funds is temporarily down. It has been well over a week and my balance is depleted... So back to my credit card or maybe I should go elsewhere? Please fix.

Place to mobile order today set to charge my card get there check in and the windies does not have any record of my order. First lady tries to argue with me that I was at the wrong Wendy's that I was supposed to be in the one in the next town over after I showed her that the address and the map showed me to be at that particular Wendy's. My phone then dies and she asked to see my mobile receipt again. Corporate can't find the order either. Junk application. Will not be using mobile ordering any more and will not be returning to that Wendy's.

No coupons, rewards, not even menu item prices. You have to complete the order just to find out how much it will cost and the app itself is difficult to navigate through. Deleting it until some changes are made.

Open the app and it stayed on the Wendy's screen for 5 mins deleted redownloaded samething ....pretty pointless to me

There are no locations available for mobile ordering anywhere near me. Seriously, all 8 locations near me don't offer it. This app is a joke, what's the point of it? I've had it for a long time and still no mobile ordering options.

I thought it would be like McDonald's app with lot's of savings. I was wrong!!!

Pretty informative app and I'm hoping Wendy's ignores people commenting negatively first of all have fun eating McDonald's because it's not better quality and I don't see any mobile ordering for them not in the U.S. I don't see at least and I think they need time to implement the proper features but people take time out of their day to just say no coupons no mobile ordering yet the keyword yet, they could say otherwise but no I think they are taking their time as needed so that when it comes in an update most of you won't​ have to complain about issues ordering but misery loves company get over yourselves or better yet relay feedback not rate poorly just because you don't see what you want... ridiculous people never seize to amaze me.

Your app stinks it is false and misleading and Promises free sandwich upon download hope which it does not honor and it's absolutely nowhere to be located I get this app very big two thumbs down Liars!!!

I guess you could use the app for ordering and paying, but unlike most fast-food apps there are no coupons so it defeats the purpose.

Mobile ordering not available anywhere so the app is completely useless

Not able to pay on app or online. Frustrating as i put in the entire order, then can't complete payment. When putting in credit card info, the date is set up wrong. Does not take MM/YY, wants 4 digits for the year which causes an error. Please fix, as online ordering would be great, especially when making group orders for work.

No coupons, no thanks. It's so weird that amongst the big three (McD's, Burger King, and Wendy's) the only one lacking coupons and or an incentive to use their app besides "skip the line" is Wendy's. Heck even Taco Bell, an outlying competitor in the fast food game has a combination of coupons and skip the line payments.

I've put $10.00 in my digital account balance and cannot use it at all because none of the locations around me don't have mobile paying yet. So upsetting that I am unable to use this credit.

No Coupons or Deals. Uninstalling. I'll continue to spend TONS of $ at your competitors because I can always find a good deal on their App and/or they also mail coupons. It is a shame because your food is the best in the area!!!

Will not let me log in, uninstalling. Not worth the trouble. Edited to add I contacted company as requested and no one answered me. Poor customer service just like most of their restaurants.

My local Wendy's said they weren't honoring the $4 deals that are being advertised on tv. I thought if I downloaded the app to get a coupon, I would have leverage for getting them to honor their advertising. ...but, NO COUPONS either! Given I attempted to get them to do the right thing, twice, I owe them no more chances. Tricking me into wasting my time and gas, due to FALSE ADVERTISING, is a good enough reason to uninstall their app, especially when my Burger King and McDonald's apps are getting the job done with great coupon savings. Stupid thing is...I wouldn't have even given a fig about their couponless app if they simply honored the $4 deal.

It won't even open? Also why don't you guys just accept Android pay or apple pay like McDonald's or KFC? This is so dumb.

It wont let me load money cc nor gc will work both with cash on them but app wont take them now all i get is an error when i try to see my funds plz fix.

What the hell I downloaded this app hoping to maybe get some kinda reward even if a small one like free fries or drink but no you guys are cheap unlike McDonald's who gave out free big Macs Wendy's doesn't give anything away not even coupons come on guys because of this you have lost me and my family as customers but I'm sure lots of other people who are spending hundreds of dollars at other fast food chains

I hate it I tried putting in my credit card and it did not work so I went to the Wendy's site online and put in my card their thinking that it was just a bug but as soon as I got it in I needed to put in how Mitch $ i was going to use but that was not the problem in both the website and the app it gaved me errors to put it simple this app and the website are just crap and rushed.
