Won't let me log in with my info. Site works. App doesn't.

Can't log in

This app does not work. Please pay attention to the reviews and don't waste your time. It won't let me in even after it emailed me that I was registered. Deleting it right after I finish this review.

It used to work perfectly fine..all of a sudden its dead in the water..very annoying..I can't login and Lord of mercy its a nightmare calling you guys for help!

It is always giving me error messages everytime I try to log on or do anything with it. It is a very poorly designed app. Completely useless

Only thing it does is display the id card, cannot view coverage or search for Drs

All it does is display a dialog that tells me to call Empire.

It's a hustle to have to enter a password every time. Plus would love to have access to medical history

I can't send any messages! Please fix this, I'm trying to update my ID info!

Always errors

Why did Empire come out with An adroid app that they do not Let you in with a mobile device Waste of money and time, that The customer are probably paying for. Fix it or take it off Google play.

Mostly broken most of the time. It's a terrible app.

Doesn't work

App can't even find my account. Called Empire and was told the app doesn't work with all plans. You should list which plans this app works with so we don't waste our time.

Damn this app is pittyful! A billion dollar company and their app sucks balls, never works without crashing and the functionality seems like a third grader made the app. Gtfoh

I uninstalled and install the app and still can't see my id cards

Useless. Does not show you the claims from the last 3 months, as they show pictures for this app. I don't get information about my account. What development did they do in the last 10 years, while the rest of the internet was developing useful apps? Disappointing.

As of 9 14 2017, still can not view id card. This app is useless. Can not view id cards as advertised when you call Empire. Tech support seems like its outsourced to another country outside USA. I have no problem with people from other countries, I have a problem with people who ask you your date of birth 4 times in 2 minutes. I have a problem with people who are not familiar with the app and have to search your problem on a pc before they can help you. I have a app that has a problem and cant do as advertised. Very dissatisfied with Empire over its app support.

Excellent app

Just signed up and I can't do anything it advertised. Seriously? Running a S8+ so it's not a matter of phone or software. No excuse at all for this level of development for a mega billion dollar corporation.

It did not find my insurance that has been active for iver 16 years. It gave me a number to call. Defeats the purpose of a damn app.

I wish I could look up my coverage from the app.

Can't log in. I'm logged in on a desktop with the same user ID and password. This app does not work.

This is a garbage app. Probably because this insurance company only makes billions of dollars. Junk, won't show member cards on screen now. The website is no good also.

Can't login... been hopeful for an update so I can finally login. But alas.... no go. What's is the point of having an app that you can never log into???! Lmao

App Sux, cannot log in, and when you call their phone number for tech support, thier useless as well. Web page is good, but app Sux

Does not furnish any info, waste of time

Even after app update recently app still doesn't work properly. Please fix or I plan on uninstalling.

Only useful to search for a doctor. Really can't do anything else.

I managed to register thinking I can get an extra copy of the card. Doesn't work for me. It says system is down. It's been 2 days.

Signed up to have access to digital id card which only worked for one week. Even after update it still says error

After updating app today it is useless. No place to search for doctors. The only info on the app is my personal info. Not even a digital i.d. card.

Might as well use the browser to do everything I need.
