Anthem Anywhere

This is nothing more than a doctor finder. You can't look at benefits or research what prescriptions may be covered. The screen shots showing your card, offering refill options, etc are fake because none of that is actually in this app. There is really no benefit to this app whatsoever. Uninstalling.

Garbage. Swiping doesn't work properly. Information is not rich enough to make decisions. It seems to be geared towards describing your coverage and what is available to you in the barest possible terms. It's awful.

Completely useless information... Most of the doctors don't even have half their information on their profile

Poorly done, no help on the weekends.

Doesnt ever work right

It's a steaming pile of dung. Doesn't recognize Anthem credentials. Tried "registering" by entering personal info and app said "We found you, use your existing credentials to login". Which work on the website but not on the app. Stinking useless waste of time.

Worst app in history even blocks you out of the anthem website can't get away from it no matter what I do directs you back to worthless app

This app sucks. Half of the links don't work. Can't access my id card or other services that I need.

I had absolutely no problems whatsoever with any part of this app! Works great!

Unusable to me. 1) This App should default to the current coverage. If you've had previous coverage with Anthem BCBS with a previous employer, etc. this app shows to the OLD, OUT OF DATE policy instead of defaulting the the CURRENT coverage. 2) This App should provide a choice of which policy to look at after logging in. When you log onto the normal Anthem website, it gives you a choice of which policies, old or current. This App does NOT provide a way to do this. These type of thing indicates poor testing/quality control.

Won't Allow me to log in using ID that it recognizes as valid. Tells me to call IT, which doesn't know. Doesn't anyone from Anthem read their own app's reviews? Is it legal for Health Insurance companies to not fix their app?

Wow, this app is horrendous. It asks for permissions that it doesn't need and doesn't work used, my in so card is absent half the time. Useless app. Seems like this app was managed by old people.

Absolutely garbage doesn't do anything. If my development team had released an app like this we would be fired.

App won't let me sign in. Called tech support and they were no help either. Absolute junk. Get your app together.

Where did the claim history go? You can't even look up past claims anymore. So this is an app to see your benefit card and see your benefit balance?

Just a blank screen already uninstalled it and the bcbsil one won't let me log in with is up with this company

Doesn't work, app states that no one is in network. No point to have this if locating a provider is what I need. Deleting.

Exactly the same as the website, both just at useless at giving you what you are looking for.

Needs hours of service for various offices.. It was impossible to find an urgent care center open after 10pm.

Unless you need your insurance card, the app is useless. It doesn't show any recent claims or any coverage information. Have you met your deductible? If something covered? You have no clue.

Very slow and impractical. Not enough search options and does not refresh the map so you have to constantly put the name or the zip code of the area you are looking for. Have a headache on top of the headache i already have.

It used to work fine, but now it won't let me log in. Very frustrating, primarily because I'm seldom at an actual computer to use the desktop site. They need to fix this.

Need more refinement and to be as close to mimicking full site app. I have an EPO/PPO plan and site doesn't give specifics if MD is under EPO or PPO which makes a huge difference in coverage and patient cost.

Used to be able to see some recent claims. Not anymore. Very limited functionality. I'd give it -2 stars.

This app sucks

Well I called the number it listed for technical support. First the girl that answered barely spoke English and was hard to understand. Then her response was if the website works just use that and no real solution to the app not working. Already miss United Health Care because support some English and their app worked

I only get the "Find a doctor" tile in the quick links. None of the other functionalities are available. In the menu is a blue dot with a 1 next to the support option, which seems to indicate a message or something but it only directs me to "frequent questions".

Cant log in! Android 6 and 7 does not work on my Galaxy S7. Can log in fine through browsers on phone and desktop. Opened a ticket with support a long time ago, never heard anything.
