Wellcoin

The app somehow signed me out. I can't sign back in. It keeps saying "your not connected to the internet." Can you please update the app? I like that Strava can post to Wellcoin on my behalf. I do use the Wellcoin edit function to add more info about my bike rides. However, can the developers include an option in the edit where we can post photos of from the bike rides? I see some fascinating things while cycling. Being able to post pics would make the Wellcoin feed more entertaining for everyone.

I thought this was a decent app in the beginning. However, over time it failed to perform. It will not let me login even after a re-installment. I was told that I had won an Amazon gift card, but never received it. Contacting Customer Service was USELESS. I have deleted the app & won't bother with it again. It SUCKS!

The rewards are terrible. Discounts are not rewards to me and it feels like this app is just another way to try and encourage people to spend money unnecessarily. You want my data? Give me some legitimate reward options like giftcards.

Please help. I just installed the app and created an account but I can't get past the first screen before the app stops and closes. Not a good first impression! How do I get this fixed?

A waist of time downloading it. It will not let me sign up it keeps telling me I'm not connected to the internet even though I have full LTE service

I've been using this app for 9 months and I hoped it would improve but it's time to uninstall. It doesn't always sync with my fitbit and when I contacted the makers of the app they never even wrote back. So much for customer service. There are hardly any rewards and most of the rewards are not great. They're primarily coupons but they do even look like real coupons so when I've gone to redeem them in person the employees didn't know how to enter it. This app is a fun idea, it just is not a good app.

Won't connect to Fitbit. I have to log back in every time I use it. Rewards are nonexistent. But it's still a fantastic concept and very useful.

Great idea but the rewards are terrible. All the rewards are for coupons for things like $10 off of $50 order at _______.

If you could ever get it to load that would be fan freaking tastic. I will lose all my weight and then some. Before the stupid thing loads

I was trying to make an account and i had internet connection and he kept saying i didnt so i uninstalled it because i couldnt use the app at all

I installed the app but can't even use it. It kept saying I was offline and wouldn't let me register as a user. I think they need to update it.

Found out about this app in a magazine. Sounds like a great idea, however I keep receiving an error message when I try to connect to Fitbit. There is absolutely No help section, or one that I can find. Still too early to really rate it...but giving it a three for now (may update later). If can't connect Fitbit, will not have much use for it. Update: Finally got Fitbit to connect after reinstalling the app. Now I can't log in unless I reset my password every time.

Love it except buggy. BUT, HOW DO I GET THE AMAZON/WHOLE FOODS ETC GIFT CARDS?!! I see other ppl purchase them but they aren't in my discovery!! I'll update after this! The lack of back button & inability to like more than 4 things without reloading makes me CRAZY! I'd spend a lot more time if its fixed.

The concept for this app is great. However, the rewards and support are not all that great. I live in Philadelphia, and besides discounts for stuff I'll never buy and whole foods gift cards in New York (that are never available anyway), I'm accumulating all these wellcoins for nothing. As for the support, that's not a thing, apparently. I emailed two different addresses about an issue I'm having in the app, and I haven't received a response. Overall, this app is barely ok.

Edit: I'm disappointed that this app hasn't made any improvements. The rewards were not that great to begin with and now there are less of them. I saw this app in Cosmo and downloaded right away. It's forcing me to think of healthy activities in a positive way so I can post them and earn wellcoins. If a better variety of rewards is added I will give this app 5 stars. So far, they give you an option to recommend new rewards and I have sent several. I hope to see more additions soon!!

Just downloaded it. Won't open. Tried everything that I can think of. Extremely disappointed. Don't waste your time of this app.

I initially liked this app. The concept was food, but I think they still need to work on the rewards. However, now I cannot log in at all on the app, desire changing my password. I also cannot re-sign in on the website. What good is this app if you can't even sign in?

Worked flawlessly about 2 weeks and now won't connect to my Fitbit. Not worth the trouble without it.

I installed it on my Samsung Galaxy 5, but every time I try to use it, it stops before I can do anything.

Like others have said, it's a great idea, but the support is pretty much non-existent. In fact, I've won gift cards and had to email Wellcoin twice to find out why I hadn't gotten them. With the first card, I received it within a week of emailing without a reply. The second card never came and it's been 2 months. Time to uninstall.

The rewards seem limited in options. I wonder is this all worth my time. The fact that my Fitbit won't connect makes it extremely inconvenient to use the app in the way I intended before install. Hope the bugs get fixed before I decide to jump this ship.
