Finally took the time to rate this app. I used it to get to 410lbs (186kg) squat and 505lbs (229kg) deadlift, bench 245lbs (111kg). It's good to use as a peaking cycle for meet preparation. No b.s. special permissions. This gets plus points in my book.

Would assistance excercises be a good thing to use in this program? First day felt great, got sore from it.
