WeddingWire Client Manager for Android
It looks great and makes it super easy to message my clients!
Well now that's it's only a messaging app it's even more useless because after you send the first message there is no way to attach a document! This app should allow us to manage EVERYTHING as we would on the website, not just messaging. Plus I would much rather clients email (through my client) rather than message me through WeddingWire which has poor integration.
Terrible! Useless! Bleh! I downloaded the app thinking it would be a smarter, faster way to access and check my inquires/bookings, etc. from my phone. Disappointingly, this is only a messaging app?! Come on WeddingWire, I really expect more from you! Looking at the reviews, it seems the older version of this app contained more of the features found on the website vendor dashboard and you've received plenty of negative feedback from your clients about that. Make this app meet our needs, and actually useful, and maybe I'll reinstall it. For now, this app is getting trashed.

Loved that I could contact current clients from the app. Now I have to go to weddingwire and remember the info to just contact a client. I also could add a wedding to my calendar from the app, now there is no way to do that. Please go back to the former version.
I appreciated the fact that I could view all the basic info for each booking through this app. It was inconvenient that I couldn't interact with messages but I dealt with it. Now WeddingWire has changed things and you can ONLY access messages. It would've been better if you'd ADDED messaging and not swapped out functions. The app should be renamed to reflect its limited usability.
All i can access is messages. I almost never use the messages part of WW. Before the update the app was great for my wife to be able to see my upcoming events and when i had to work.
This needs to be fixed ASAP! There are no options other than seeing or sending messages. I have no booking info or anything. Please fix this!
We pay way to much for the app you advertise that we are getting but in the end it is nothing close to what you promised. Underwhelming with all the resources you have WeddingWire...you should be ashamed.
All I can see is messages. I have no other information available to me. This is unacceptable. Please fix this.
All the information of my clients in the booking section with the previous version like name, email, phone number, city, etc is gone!!!!!!. I was depending on that to check my availability on the go, guys please fixed as soon as possible.

Complained 4 months ago about the change and nothing has happened since to make this any more user friendly. For a tech company they can't develop a mobile site that is user friendly. This is why we moved all our customer management tools to a more user friendly platform.
WW, you keep rolling out new functions/apps which are incomplete. The idea of quick messaging sounds like a good idea until I discover that my access to client data is not available on this app. I am not interested in losing functionality. Worse, by promising clients quick and easy messaging with their vendors, this app sets up the client for disappointment because the vendor cannot see the relevant information to be able to "quickly" AND effectively respond. Improve this or remove it.
The email function does not work on my Droid Maxx!
Supposedly I should be able to contact my clients via this app, but everytime I try to contact a client, it gives me an unknown error and it backs me out of that screen. I am constantly on the go, and this would be very convenient if it actually work.
It's nice to organize or lookup client info on the go, but there's not much more to this app other than that.
I just received an email (dated 5/31/16) saying "Download the pro app" today....GREAT! I thought. Instantly downloaded and went to email a new inquiry from the app and I am unable to email from app. I look to see when the last update happened....2015!!!! Why send me an email if you haven't fixed bugs since last summer? I'll change my review when I can actually use the app.
This app is great - only suggestion is it would be great to be able to access and edit contracts, invoices, notes, and checklists all from the app!
You would please add all Web features to app. If we could create contracts, proposals and invoices all within app and send questionnaires etc... That would be AMAZING!!!
Love the online dashboard and from a venue stand point I couldn't live without my paid wedding wire account. Like many said, we need the ability to edit, add, and archive our clients. A notes section is really critical as well. Minor tweaks and this app would be a one stop shop.
