Need a courier in a hurry or whilst you are on the move? Want to get a quote and book a CitySprint SameDay courier or track a delivery in real-time wherever you are? CitySprint MyCourier is the perfect app to enable you to do this all from your Android mobile phone.
To use the app, you can either login using an existing CitySprint online account or create a profile and pay with your credit card. Simple, convenient and practical
With the CitySprint MyCourier app, you can do the following:
-Get an instant quote for a CitySprint bike, small van and large van services and choose the most appropriate for your same day delivery
-Book a CitySprint SameDay Courier using your existing CitySprint account or a credit card (ie no account)
-Track your SameDay courier’s real-time location on a map (updated every minute)
-Cancel and amend your bookings before they are allocated to a courier
-View the status of all your bookings, however they were made
-View the proof of delivery signature and audit trail of your delivery
-Add your favourite addresses (or synchronise your address book from your online account)
-Set a default collection point
You need an online booking account with an email and password set up to use the app. If you have never booked with us online, you can activate your online account via the app and set up your password. You will then receive an email within 24 hours verifying that your online profile has been linked to your corporate account and you can start to use the app.
If you have multiple accounts, please log in to your online account and select one default account before you log in to the app.

The app only always you to book a new delivery not to track existing ones. The service is awful. I called them half an hour after scheduled collection time only to find out that they do not have any couriers available. Won't be using again.

Very easy to use app which does exactly what it says on the tin. Very pleasantly surprised with the cost of the courier service, plus the level of service provided, including a call from the driver to tell me he was going to be a few minutes later than expected, which itself was a surprise as I wasn't expecting the delivery so soon anyway! I can't see myself using any other courier in future. Great app with very useful (and accurate) real time map, and excelllent service all round. Highly recommended.

At last! A decent courier app! Having used it for a couple of days I have found it simple and relatively quick. All of my regular preferences have been saved and quotes are in line with my agreed contract prices. For a first version this works and is handy to have. My only gripe is that all of my recent addresses aren't accessible unlike the website. However it's not an issue and is the only fault I've found. Overall this is a useful and well thought out app that is a must have business tool.

I downloaded this after listening to a radio ad comparing the hassle of going to the post office to send a parcel with the convenience of having CitySprint pick it up. Seemed like a nice idea, but this is a point to point courier, not a delivery service. They wanted £353 to return my dodgy blender to Newcastle! As a courier app, it seems OK, but I feel a bit ripped off going through the hassle of. Registering based on an ad that seems to imply that this is a viable alternative to the post office

The app info says you can track parcels, but there's only the booking screen. Not what I expected at all.
