DND Manager TRAI Spam Blocker

Error while submitting complaint "Dear Customer, This is an invalid format. Valid SMS format is: , , ."

the correct format is: brief description of the call/SMS, telemarketer Number, date of call/SMS in DD/MM/YYYY) to 1909. please change this in the current template.

Can not get simpler than this app to let 1909 know the intrusive messagers or callers

Trai has changed their format and inspite of chnaging thr settings. The format isnt good enough. Current format required "To log a DND complaint, SMS (brief description of the call/SMS, telemarketer Number, date of call/SMS in DD/MM/YYYY) to 1909"

Tried to report a call. It sent SMS in incorrect format, so 1909 didn't register it. Secondly, it removed the number from the call list not only in the app, but from my phone records as well! Uninstalling it. Not adequately tested, I thought.

The app doesn't work for me, it doesn't detect the messages in the inbox, the app blindly looks for calls and messages from numbers those are not listed in the contact list.

We have seen lot of apps which does block the sms from unknown numbers and already blacklisted numbers. This app goes one step further and takes the advantage of TRAI implemented feature of permanently banning the marketer. This app does send an sms to 1909(DND toll free) in the required format as specified by TRAI. Previously we had to manually type the message with the sms receiving date, it's number, sms header etc in the message body. This app does that for you and has No ads! <3

Even after opting for Start 0, not a single spam SMS has stopped.

1909 does not accept the format of this app...please ammend

The SMS block function always results in a error.

It just shows 5 latest sms but I wanna block some old messages which is not possible in this.

It automatically types the sms format accepted by TRAI to register for DND or to complain against telemarketing calls or messages and sends it too.

Even after subscribing to DnD I used to get about 4 to 8 marketing calls everyday. Being at work, I couldnt react at them. Now with this app, I am registering the complaint to TRAI with just a click and they never call me again. Thanks DnD Manager

I'm using Airtel, chennai, and when I register for complaints, some time I get error message to send it in the correct format but one of my complaint was registered successfully.

Excellent concept... Every mobile user must have this application... just install, report and relax... no more annoying spam call/ irritating messages...

The reported cases continue to remain in the list despite proper 'settings'. That's a big nuisance.

+ Just does the job. - App crashes on my Hisense phone (CynogenMod). - Need to show contact details of numbers already saved in address book. - Need to sort out call log latest first

App works very slow. No option to select SIM in dual sim mobiles.

Fantastic. Wonderful it still works. Minimal permissions. Doesn't support dual sim fully.

Hello: I was previously avid user of India against SPAM...but due to a few shortcomings, I had to switch to this app. So far, I am quite happy with is as it has all the functionality and more. Requested Feature: Requesting the following features for DUAL SIM support. 1)Show calls/SMS received on second SIM in a seperate section/or mark calls and SMS with either SIM 1 or SIM 2 status below the calls. 2)Report calls/SMS received on 2nd SIM to be reported from 2nd SIM number - Preview SMS with an option of editing before sending would be good as well. 3)When reporting calls, give a separate field for "Company Name" where the information entered in that field is automatically appended to the SMS rather than to edit the SMS itself. If you can implement this, your app will become the perfect app!

Doesn't automatically report spam numbers, which were reported once manually .

It works perfect. On tata docomo, after reporting a spam call, received a call back from docomo customer care and assured action. Update: Recently started using a dual sim phone. And this app by default sends the 1909 sms to the 1st sim. Doesn't have option to chose which sim to send the message.

Never tried another app, coz i found it best for register complaint.

This is best and must have software for android users. Till now i made 26 complains and i m getting response from airtel. There is a request from developer as most of phone in india are dual sim. Please give support for dual sim. Presently it can work for only sim one. I mean even u get fake sms or call on sim 2 it will reply via sim 1 only.

I always use this app to report spam calls and messages but the new notification feature introduced sometime back was itself annoying and irritating so I thought to report that to the developer but to my surprise the feature was already added to the new version. Good job!
