Provides limited and basic info which you can get from the phone anyhow. Identifies apps of "concern" however you can't block them so what's the point? Tried using this for PREVENTION however this seems most suited for snooping on your i Kid rather than prevention.

Seemed to work okay for a while, but is very sporadic. Right now, it tells me my daughter is located in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean somewhere south of Nigeria while her phone is actually sitting in her room in North Carolina! I notice there have not been any updates in a year. Is this app still being improved or is it obsolete now?

Quit working several weeks ago seems to have been abandoned. Cannot login thru website either.

Update: I am now able to see some information synced by using the web, but the app is still seemingly severely crippled. I'm getting nothing for location for any phone and no data at all for one child who has an iPhone. This app could turn out to be useful, but at the present I'm not seeing the point as there is no consistency. l-----Previous Review-----> Constant connection errors and after adding two children to my profile nothing is syncing back to the account. At this point nothing is working at all. I'll try back after a while and hopefully things get worked out.

Installed 4 days ago on all our phones, but haven't been able to see anything on dashboard except histogram posts from a week ago. Can't see texts, or anything else even though it says "this device is receiving notifications" every time I open the app. Have yet to see a notification.

This app is abandoned. Used it for years and loved it but at the begining of 2017 it just stopped working. No response from web safety and their website is out of date and abandoned.

It kept messing up and i kept uninstalling and re installing it and it still didnt work! Shut down this app!!

Both my kids can cancel the curfew restriction at night by the swipe of their finger even though I set a password. Linked their instagram accounts, none of their photos they post come up on my notifications. It hasn't refreshed my daughters text messages since January. At this point I'll be searching for a new monitoring app. I can do more myself just looking through my kids phones myself

This is a great app for monitoring your child's activities on their phone (i.e. texting, web browsing, application usage). You can also pinpoint their location and setup a geofence. The latest update seems to have worked out all the kinks and I am using it across three different android devices. Many of the negative reviews on here seem to be disgruntled kids.

I'm all for this kind of thing but it says I'm arriving to my school when I'm at home or arriving home when at school.

I could edit it to make an antitheft.

Great ap! Always send both my husband and I an alert any time there are questionable words in my sons texts. Also alerts us when websites are accessed. We are getting our daughter a phone for Christmas and will definitely be using this ap to make sure her phone activity is safe.

Seems to track sms ok, but I think some texts are missing. Doesn't upload any location data. Also, the parent app only shows alerted texts. Would be nice if you could see them all. Only way to do this is via the website. Currently installed on a HTC one remix. Great WebUI though. The app definitely has promise, and device management is well organized. 09/27/15: App started uploading location, but it's very sporadic. Even though I have it set to upload every 15 minutes, there are huge gaps in location recording. Also, it does not connect the locations on map so you can see a path. Support does not respond to emails either.

Didn't let me see if they posted on IG even though I tested it 3 times. Tested the browser thing. Didn't work either even though I held the child phone and ran the tests with that. The texts don't work either. This is a crappy app and now my kids absolutely hate me cuz I made them get it. My wife hates me for not trusting them. This app ruined my life because it didn't work. I just wanted to see everything my child was doing is that too much to ask of?

It would have been a good app, it didn't show any of the sms text from both phones. How do you delete the Web sign account profile?

My Mom tried to uninstall this app because it doesn't work, but it won't let her.

It keeps telling me reported problem. I can't see any of my sons text messages. Now I can't delete the app. how can I delete it now.

It was great the first day then never did anything else.

Current version 1.2.38 is very reliable app. Overall a feature rich app and a must for concerned parents. Gives peace of mind. Responsive support. Thank you.

Like many others, the biggest reason I downloaded the app was for the GPS for my kid. I have the note5 and location doesn't work

Downloaded the latest version of the app on both a Glalaxy S4 and S6, and neither worked. Was unable to get past the login screen either time. Looks good on paper but is as functional as that piece of paper. Also, the website is horribly slow to sign in from both a phone and PC.

Can't turn Facebook in settings off. My daughter doesn't have it. And I can't finish the profile.

Everything seems to work except the map. Which the part I really wanted to see.

Location just shows a blank screen on my phone. Yesterday she and I took a trip and I got several alerts that she was more than 25 miles away from me, but we were in the same car! I have a galaxy note 3, my daughter has an iphone.

Installed on both phones i have a samsung s6 and my kid had iphone 6 and it keeps telling me waiting for sync and the app is not installed so far not happy with the and havent been able to track anything since i loaded it on both phones on Friday

Update: 8/19 - Attempted again, still not working. SMS results in an endless loading, Geo Fences reports leaving an area, though phone is in my hand (on wifi and/or 4g wireless). Worked for a few days then stopped. Even using the web site results in errors. Going to have to look for alternatives at this point.
