Don't like it. Ever since I activated it my NEW tablet freezes up.

THIS IS THE BEST ANTIVIRUS EVER........I had some issues with ads showing up my phone because of malware and this app really got rid of it and believe me i have tried many anti virus apps before but this is different very true and it does its work

Still has not been updated to fix false flag of unknown sources on Android Oreo. Oreo users must select ignore (don't ask again).

The alert sounds everything minute. I went to the community and said to hit the "Fix"button. On my Galaxy J7 webroot doesn't show a "Fix" button. The alert every minute is very aggravating. I want the protection, but not having to listening that every minute!

Bought this tab s2 9.7 from Best Buy and got an email stating this is a $29.99 secure service provided thru an by Best Buy and no code was provided so it sends me to Google play store to downloaded and I can clearly see it states it's a free B.S. app so it's not a $29.99 service secure app against viruses. Anyone can pretty much download it which can be a good thing but why B.S. and state it's a $29.99 service Best Buy!?. ????????

Did anyone actually read the terms they agreed to at the beginning? You should definitely go back and have a look. If it's worth it I'll be changing my rating, but I it's gonna have to be one of the greatest apps on the planet for me to risk having ALL OF MY LOG INFORMATION sold to some random 3rd party. WOW.

This is a good program I run on Mobile and PC. The problem I am having now is I paid to upgrade to Premier on a new phone I had to send back after four hours of operation and am unable to contact Webroot. No phone number I can find and no responses to email or support request. Update: I was able to contact tech support but was told I needed to contact Google Play as they issue the activation codes. The support specialist said he would email me so I could contact him if the problem wasn't resolved. He didn't and Google refused to refund. Out the 15 plus another 15 to purchase again.

I am getting random pop ups from something on my phone and webroot has yet to find an issue. Thanks to advice about 3rd party apps being my possible issue I found the issue on my own. It was a keyboard app that was causing my random pop ups.

I like this security app better than some of the others. It offers a more complete free product than many similar services do. I had some problems with acknowledgement of "assessibility" (7.1) but powering my phone off and back on a will later cleared up the matter. Support is available.

I'm only using it because it came free with the Antivirus I use for my pc. As a "free app" it looks great when working but it shuts off on its own quite often. Sometimes I find myself having to enable/turn it back on up to twice per day. It gets irritating. Because there are many screens to flow through to get to the "enable" part. So far, no detectable problems so that should be good.

I have it on my Android and have tried for two days to get help from customer service and as best I can tell there is no customer service!!!

With Samsung Galaxy S6, Secure Web Browsing feature is "not compatible with this device".

It might work for others it don't support my phone's web browsing needs an update for Samsung galaxy s8

I got no help at all and i am mad.I have this on my phone.And i sing in to the account that i created.And now they ask for a username and they did not ask for that when i sing up the first time.What is it with you?Update;I set up a new account again it keeps telling me that there is already an an account by that account OKAY.Sorry i don't have time to play your game's.Looks to me we have to pay for this app before we can open an account even in the free app at that.Wow just wow now that i set up an account it goes back to the screen to login again and again it keep repeating it's self.Update Jan 21st. 2018 I try to put this app on my phone again but come to find out they change my password.The bottom line here is Webroot can't remember passwords that we put into there account database the first time.I will give you 5 star's if you fix this problem.God bless Earth.

Does not work on my phone, even though I paid for it. Webroot can't help me. Says I have to take my phone into the store. Very disappointed .

I have been using Webroot off and on over the years between Kaspersky and Webroot and I've had less problems with Webroot compared to everything else. And that is saying a lot.

I like very much seems very easy to operate and price is great compare to the others ones for same protection i trying free trial now since price is cheap so far so good if keep going like this it got me sold

I have pop-ups like crazy and it doesn't offer web surfing protection at all.i want to uninstall it but Im afraid things may get worse if I do.

Hey, I would like to activate Secure Web Browsing to block websites that are known security threats. But I can't. Instead, this app gives me a message that my "device is not currently compatible" for that feature. I have Android 7.0 on my Moto G5+. Please let us know when you will be releasing a version for 7.0, thanks!

The app may be great but it made my phone so slow that almost unresponsive. Have to revert to a different one, despite having a full license. Z1 Compact

Not very user friendly. Never found out how to update my new code since my previous 1 year code had expired.... I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it in order to update it...

I've been using Webroot Spysweeper since 2007 or so. They have the world's BEST tech support of anyone, hands down! I wouldn't keep coming back for so many years unless the product and the people behind it were not SO EXCELLENT!

I used to use Webroot back a couple of years ago, and then decided to go and change to one of the best according to many sites, but after the two years with the other AV I noticed my phone and Pc's were slow, running max CPU and overheating. Even on a new laptop, I the remembered I never had these issues with Webroot and ever since installing them back on my phone and PC. My phone is more responsive, doesn't overheat, and my PC runs so much smoother and the CPU is not maxed out. I recommend Webroot over all other AV solutions. Especially over Norton and Bitfldefender!!!

Have used PAID FULL version for years. Loved it to the point I recommended it to everyone I knew. NOW that they've gone away from Security Complete, web browser STINKS for Android (even says on Google play 'this app may not be optimized for your device' on BOTH RCA 10 tablet AND Blackberry Priv, when b4 I NEVER had issues. ALSO since yesterday's update, the scan gets hung up on scanning Opera preinstall data EVERY TIME and I have tablet on bare bones?! What's up with/ that?. Decided to C if Premier would b good for me, but since I've ALREADY paid $129 for prior full security PLUS an extra year's worth, why in the world would I pay $14.99? PLZ go back to your prior platform - there were NO problems with it (and if it ain't t broke, why 'fix' it worse than it was?!)

It just works (tested it with a fake malicious file) and doesn't have intrusive adverts or anything. No apparent impact on system performance either. Very nice!

It's nice, but I can't use the main function I installed it for, which is web surf protection. I'm on a new flagship phone on current Android, so it makes no sense.
