Exceptional, light weight product.. Came over after acquisition of Prevx. One thing on Android which I must ask is why Secure Web Browsing is not compatible with the newest version of Android? It seems I paid for a product that promoted this feature, but come to find out it doesn't even work. Seems if you only have half an app, you should pay for half an app. Please let us know why?!

I have an old Nexus 5 and it's not compatible with secure browsing, "OK I get it". When scanning the app says "scanning SD card, well I only have internal memory, again "OK I get it" better to scan for one, because if my Nexus 5 falls into a lake my next Android may have an SD card. Some added details in the Play Store description would help avoid issues.

I have had Webroot for years. It used to work well and catch many threats. That was with android 3.0 on a Samsung Galaxy 5. Now that I have a galaxy 7 I can't use it because it blocks the notification of any voicemail I may have. Subsequently, I don't check my messages for a month. This is a problem for people that rely on their phones. Please fix this.

Every time when it does a virus scan, when it scanss the Micro SD Card it freezes up and shuts down. I tried a brand new Micro SD Card with the same result. Yet it shows it as having done a scan. Re-installiiing the app was the solution. Works great now...thanks !

I purchased this software but can't install or use because I forgot my password. I've requested a reset twice, but never get the rest email.

I've used this app for several years now, and have never had a problem with it. And this is on different phones like the Casio gZone and Kyocera Brigadier. If an app is going to misbehave, it'll be on one of those two phones!

i purchased $100 Webroot 5 user two year at BestBuy. installing from Google PlayStore it works for a month then after an update it stops remaining resident on my Lollipop Android Huawei Mate 2. The problem could not be resolved within Webroot general options where the persistant box is checked. Could not be resolved in Android Application or memory resident options. NOT resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling. The free Complete version still works so Webroot needs to fix the worthless paid for version.

Whenever I do a scan on my Galaxy Note 4 it causes a hard crash and needs a battery pull, this has happened after the Android M update. I am not able to uninstall and reinstall the application, the area is greyed out. Please fix this problem. It worked grace before Android m but now it's useless and shut the phone down.

Lousy support, bought and paid for but never created account when I attempted to create account got error messages saying an account already existed contacted support they wouldn't help. Webroot SUCKS! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

There's no automatic update and could not find in settings. Also phishing sms incoming messages web link. Didn't block them.

My current purchase of this expires in 6 days, why is it trying to charge me $16.30 to renew, when it says $4.99 in your product pictures

Been a fantastic App.. But I'm not going to pay nearly £13 pound for in.. Sad to say goodbye Webroot...

The best work of this antivirus is safe browsing. It can detect virus infected websites. My phone gonna need webroot always.

Doesn't work and account doesn't work my phone is totally compromised and their app says it's running fine I want a refund asap!!!!

It's a great antivirus app, but I wish the secure web browsing feature would be compatible with my phone.(LG Phoenix 2)I will give it 5 stars once this is compatible.

How do i deactivate it?

I have the premier version for my tablet and phone. Have had my phone upgraded from samsung to a huawei and it wont allow the app to work. How do I fix this? Thanks

there haven't been an update I expect more from an app that I had to purchase get on with it .

Reasonably-priced antivirus. Seems to work well. Light on memory use. I use it on my work phone and it gives me confidence when using the phone on the web. Overall I'd rate it an excellent value.

Malicious SMS blocking does'nt work.

Why did the subscription price triple in 1 year? And why do I have to pay when I already have a subscription that includes my Mobile device?

I have had Webroot for years. It has served me well and caught many issues. I know it works because it does. I'll be at a website and all of the sudden it'll pop up and say "not safe for malicious activity" and remove whatever file I just clicked on.

Security issue with all my systems Webroot is the best some one hack my entire network and with Webroot I was able to fix the systems today there's more people hacking the computers calling people pretending there from Microsoft Windows and IRS once you let them scan your computer that's it you need to buy a new one customer they have ur Mc id

I have Webroot on my desktop computer and have had no problems. So, I decided to try it on my android phone. I still had about 100 days left on my service. But I decided to renew it again. That's how much I like it.

Have followed the instuctions and unchecked 'device administrator' on smartphone but app still won't uninstall on Google Play. Don't wish to renew expired subscription.

So far so good ...nailed my issue on my cell. Have Webroot on my laptops for years.

Well worth getting premier

Trying to setup the app but I can't somehow get past the stupid password verification. The thing keeps on telling me that I entered an incorrect password. I already reset it but still says I entered an incorrect password. What the hell is the password? HELP!

I am having the hardest time trying to install this on my phone and on my computer. The code is not working on my computer that was sent to me through email. I have try to reinstall it several times on my phone without any luck. At this moment I'm waiting for it to work on my computer I hope it works!!! If this works on my computer and clean up my computer I will change my rating on this however my phone it is not working on I cannot figure out how to get it to work so I'm going to keep the score as it is

I just bought this in September or October of 2015 and it says my subscription is expired. Not really worth $4.99 if it only covers you for three months. Please fix and I will update rating. Update: Webroot contacted me for help and offered solution. Great customer support.

There are far and few developers who are concerned after the app is made.they don't reply to problems...take a look at webroot they respond to problems every time.I love webroot.you guysgals at webroot keep up being the best....the best protection for computers and phones.

Had problems in beginning so I uninstalled. After trying other antivirus products, went back. No problems with Webroot since I reinstalled.
