Security - Complete

I've been using Webroot on my devices for years, and loved it. Now, I feel a bit cheated since the mobile app doesn't fully work on my Android device. Apparently, the app isn't fully compatible with the new versions of Android (I have Marshmallow 6.0) and the secure web browsing feature no longer works. Also, I've had issues with the call block feature, that I didn't have previously. I paid $60 for my subscription and don't get the full package. Webroot needs to update their software and do better about keeping updated in thefuture.

The app itself is great. It does a superb job of blocking and finding threats as well as blocking malicious webpages. The problem with this app is when you go to renew your subscription. If you renew your current rent license key, everything is fine. If you renew your subscription with a new license key the app won't recognize it and won't "Force check" the license. You have to put in a ticket and wait for customer support to get back to you and resolve the issue.

I feel safe, secure and protected. I had my identity stolen 3 years ago and felt "identity raped". Lifelock saved my life and now i feel even more protected with this. Thank you Webroot!

Great speed and memory consumption... Would be nice if blocked pop ups on android.. possibly can but I don't know how.

I have successfully logged in now. Thank you for the customer support. I was using my pin code instead of key code. I was able to install "complete security" software using the free app with the keycode. Thanks Zachary, who helped me with this issue.

I'm satisfy with the application on my phone and tablet, I can't see myself without using it. I've recommended this application and software to family, friends and strangers. I highly recommend this application. I hope in the future updates that an option to add the Webroot code without uninstalling the application and reinstalling it again. If it has been done, where do I look for it? Thanks in advance.

I love Webroot and I've been using it for years, I feel it's the best antivirus for someone looking to have a program that utilizes the least amount of your PC's workload and give the least amount of false positives when it comes to scans... That being said, when it comes to the mobile app I feel like it's a bit confusing to choose which app to actually download according to the PC app that you paid for... For instance I have secure anywhere and idolize me to have multiple devices but when I go to the Google Play Store there are so many options and some that even charge just to download and I don't know which one to use... Just yesterday I have to receiving my new phone I installed the Webroot antivirus on the Google Play Store and the key worked but I don't feel that it was what my PC account is so I ended up now downloading secureanywhere... I suggest that should be a link or something added to the PC website that allows you to click and direct you to the exact version of the app that you have for your account so that there's no need for confusion... Other than that I feel it's quite possibly better than any other of the major antiviruses out there on the market without all the extra ads and storage spring up in things that are not necessary... Keep up the good work

Protection for all our devices. I swear by Webroot's desktop app and their mobile version is nearly as good, plus I can see the security status of every protected device from the web based console.

I originally bought WebRoot because we used it at work, and it worked. My wife got snagged by a red screen security scam when I was at work, and once she realized what was happening, hung up, the got on the phone with WebRoot. They walked her through everything and made sure her machine was secure. I never even imagined that level.of support from a software company!

DGreat product that I can license for use across phone, tablet, and Windows 10 desk/laptop. On Android, now have an annoying persistent notification that can't be disabled (where did menu button disappear to?). Disabled notification via Android app settings would kill notification of an actual problem. I know webroot is installed; I purchased the license and I installed it. Get rid of the persistent icon that is just wasting space in my notifications bar. Punitive pricing for loyal customers: $30/5 devices new (web coupon), but auto-renewal costs $80 even though it is lowest cost service for webroot. 2 star rating is for pricing policy; it's otherwise excellent app.

I run this app in conjunction with a VPN (Hide.me), a good mobile maintenance app (CCleaner by piriform) and military grade keyboard encryption (MobileTrust by Strikeforce Tech.). Understand your smartphone is an account and ID in your pocket with multiple ways to track and identify you. Invest in cyber security. Very much so if you travel.

I have webroot, but it has expired. Bought a new webroot but no way to install it and it won't allow me to delete. Webroot has taken over my phone. PISSED OFF

Why does the phone app insist that the Key code be all capital letters. What type of bad security is this. Cannot even use symbols?

Loved this on my laptop - buggy on phone though. 7 errors in 7 days.

Still five stars for this excellent application. On the household computers it's been a godsend and on the cell phones, the battery impact is low and I've no reason to doubt it's effectiveness (and no proof, thankfully)

I have this on my desktop, phone, and tablet. I really trust it with all my devices. I'm constantly running scans and there seems to be no noticeable drop in performance anywhere. The only thing I wonder about is how do I make sure that the app is up-to-date and how do I update my virus definitions? I like to do manual updates to apps and virus definitions, I"m pretty good about constantly checking. Update: Thanks for address my concerns! You guys are so awesome, I really love your security suite. Changing my rating to 5/5!

Virus protection is great, the backup and sync won't let you schedule regular backups, or which directories, you have to select one at a time. Also, the bar that shows the progress is almost impossible to read. They do a great job on their pc client, I wish their mobile app had the same attention.

I bought for 5 devices and when I download on my phone and try to sign in to my account it tells me my key code is not associated with my account. Have it on 3 devices at home but keeps giving me this error message on my phone. Go to website and help is horrible. Can't find how to do anything remotely close to the issue at hand. Try to find a phone number to call. Haha.....Good luck. Take money but can't get help!!!!!

Ok I have this on my laptop works great, just tried it on my phone to find battery feature only works on jellybean 4.0.1 and below, Android is currently on 6.0.1 so don't you think it's time to upgrade so it works on newer devices? Secure Web browsing does not work on device either so going back to 360 security which works seamlessly and is free! I did contact support, not very helpful they said it was android and as a 3rd party they could not help

The active scanning of my device whenever a file is downloaded and checked for viruses is great and works wonders. However, the reason for my 3 star rating is that whenever I try to do a complete device scan the app stops responding mid-scan and seizes up my phone leaving it inoperable until I perform a battery pull of my device. My phone is an up to date model Galaxy Note 4 so I do not believe it to be an Android compatibility issue. If the full device scan were to work this would easily be a 5 star app.

Installed on PC with no problem. Had an issue with account setup. Account login is now fine. Can not install on Android tablet. Continue to get message stating the key code is not associated with my account. Tried to access installation through my account same message appeared. I don't even want to try installing on my phone since this is taking way too much time.

I have been using Webroot since it first came out. Starting with Window washer. Great product with excellent support. All my problems in the past were resolved quickly. Can not go wrong.

I stumbled across this by accident when I was looking for a new security package. The last one (Bitdefender) had horrible customer service and I wasted a lot of money for nothing and am in fact still paid up into next year but never got my refund from them. I paid for this package and have had no issues with any part of it and have recommended it to other people. Best one I have ever had so well done to you guys.

The app won't allow you to authenticate even when you use the correct credentials. This is basic authentication and when you type in the wrong password the error is clearly different meaning it's a bug....and you have been told about it before.

I have Webroot Complete on my phone. Everything's worked great, as on my PC and tablet, until now. I just noticed I do not have the "protected" symbol at the top of my screen. When I go into the app I get a message "your device is incompatible with Webroot Secure Browsing" -- what's up?

It says my key code is bad. I'm using the key code directly from the software on my laptop. Reset password still won't complete the install/login

I downloaded without issues and it is working amazing. Love the fact you can control the lost phone right from your PC. It keeps me from panicking about someone getting personal information or banking information. Thank you !!

Even after chatting with a webroot Rep online, could not install on my tablet. Spent over an he with this aggravation. DO NOTt recommend for Android devices.

Webroot installed fine on my laptop but I cannot get it to fully install on my Android. When i try to activate it I'm told that the key code is not a valid Webroot code.

The 20 digit key code works fine on my laptop. However my Android application is asking for a 32 digit code which I have not been given so therefore I cannot log into it on my Android. Can't really say that I hate it all I can say is I can't use it

It is so difficult to log into your account that I ended up buying a second security key and still can't log in. Strangely I only see my old installations on the console but my PC is actually running now with the new security code. On-line I keep getting asked to enter two digits from my pass code but half the time it won't accept the correct answer. The program is great when you can actually set it up. I can't get in on my cell phone or second PC in spite of buying access for five devices, twice... Needs some serious fixing!

I bought webroot for my laptop and it says that I can install it in different devices, but when I try to enter the key in the it won't let me, it keeps saying that it is an invalid code

I'd like to see a junk remover, or optimizer as they have it for pc.

Have successfully put Security Complete on Desktop, Notebook Android Tablet and Android Phone. Several tries to get on phone before it accepted my product Keycode but otherwise finding it very user friendly.

I tried installing webfoot secure anywhere on my Android phone and received the same error msg I received trying to installing WRA mobile on my Android pad. Code is not a Secure Anywhere code. That is not what is states on my PC on the Webfoot Secure Anyone website.
