The most complaints I see from people regarding this app is just because they don't know how to use it. Once you install it and activate it, the phone has to be locked for it to go off. Then you have to make a fairly loud noise for a period Of time. I find the easiest way is to clap really loudly. After you do that for about eight seconds it will go off. So just asking the phone "where are you?" Isn't long enough. Its a great app and I'm sure it will be a lifesaver.
