Besides the fact that it still crashes, I do use it and I believe it would benefit other to study. It would make me/others stay longer on it and learn more, instead of writing everything down. I guess it depends on the person how they study.

This app is one of the best out there to help prepare for a real estate exam. I have used it repeatedly to study with out any glitches. I have a Note 2, as well as an Asus 10" tablet.

This was an invaluable study tool. I recommended it highly to anyone preparing to take your state exam. UPDATE 6/2014 - I'm now an agent. I would now down grade my rating because I recommended it to others and it no longer functions properly. The lines of choices bunch up. It's a great tool that you could sell for 2 bucks if you kept it updated.

Downloaded it. At first it was freezing my phone but after a month or so it worked fine. Took my Illinois exam Monday AND PASSED. A lot of the material on the exam Is on this app :)
