We’ve heard you and we’ve taken some time to make improvements to our app. For phones with less memory, we’ve reduced the app in file size. Devices with smaller screens now have a scrolling option. Our store information has also been updated, so any new stores we’ve opened recently should be available for check-in. If you’re having problems checking into a store, a helpful prompt will help you troubleshoot.
Troubleshooting Tips:
1. App crashing or stalling?
Apps require a certain allocation of memory to run properly. Our app is 25MB in size, so if you’re experiencing performance issues, check your phone has sufficient memory available, close down other apps you’re not using, or restart your device. If you still experience difficulty, we recommend closing down the app completely and launching it again. If that doesn’t work, delete and reinstall the app completely as a last resort before contacting us.
2. No Prizes left?
We monitor the prize pool to make sure there are plenty to go around. Occasionally, the prize pool may be temporarily depleted, in which case we recommend returning to a store to shake and win again after 24 hours to try again.
3. Can’t check-in? Store not being detected?
Check that the GPS function on your phone is turned on. If it is, but you still can’t check in, you may need to carry out a GPS fix. Note this may be called ‘Cell Network Location’ on your phone, depending on the maker.
The strength of your GPS signal will also depend upon the network you use and quality of your 3G connection. Signal strength varies across different service providers, locations, and the volume of other users in your area. If you have had problems in the past loading maps or other location services, it’s likely this will be due to your device’s connectivity, which is not the fault of a particular app.
Newly opened Hungry Jack’s stores may take a week or two to be loaded into our systems, so we ask for your patience if you can’t immediately check in to a new store.

I have had the app for a long time but the other day I don't the shake and win and got a free medium espresso well I thought it was till I got to the speaker at the drive through and said I have a free medium espresso the lady said you have to make a purchase now to get the free medium espresso I said I have had these before and never had to purchase anything she said our district manager has told use that you have to purchase somthing now I said it don't say anywhere on the screen that I have to purchase anything I havre got these before and never had to she said I can't give you the coffee without a purchase how can the just change it without changing the shake & win app I would have purchased somthing as most times I do but it really annoyed me so I just left I don't even want to go back there because of it not happy

Installed app to see if it would give me the vouchers i used to have emailed to me but suddenly stopped receiving. Nothing but the "free" item im not interested in getting free items rather a discount on meals like the vouchers used to offer. Also having a section to "view" the menu which takes u to the website why not have it in the app? Kfc has a much better app with discount deals and allows u to place ur order so u check in when u arrive and not wait so long. so im uninstalling this and sticking to the kfc app. Listen to ur customers and improve ur app. Oh and email me my vouchers my last ones expired in January 2017!

Attention fellow students. Use this app, get something free, look at the receipt, get free burger from promotion on receipt. Win win!. Then you'll get another receipt etc etc. Free food paradox.
