The NWC Service App is designed for customers who have a current warranty administered by National Warranty Company (NWC) to submit their vehicle servicing invoices.
As part of the warranty terms and conditions, customers need to keep their vehicle servicing up to date, and provide confirmation of this to NWC. The app allows customers to take a photo of their servicing receipts and submit to NWC for confirmation.

Simple and easy to use... Took a minute to submit servicing details.

Logging in is fine. Find all relevant info. But on submission page after you add a photo or file, you cannot scroll down to the submit button. Had to use partners iPhone. Not good, seeing as it advertises for Android and iOS. And there are 10 times the amount of phones out there with Android. Needs a fix guys.

Is this app just to screw over customers?. I see many people who can't scroll down to submit thier service details. Fix the problem! No one posts sh*t by mail anymore. No one wants to either. Myself included. Geez anything to not honor your warranty it seems. If others are as busy as I am sending things by mail is easily missed.

Just downloaded cant even get past the second page without alerts going off, whith no indication of what i need to change to fix the issues. Not happy with its performance at all.

Absolute brilliant idea..saves so much time and streamlines the claim process. ????
