Worst service ever, didn't wash or clean, delivered almost a week late, smells like cheap talcum powder. Stay Away.

Pathetic service. Booked a pickup but didn't even turn up even after rescheduling at their convenience twice !

I am a person who gave 5 star few months back! Now its the worst service providers ever. Startups not knowing how to scale! Dont come at the scheduled time, late pickup, late delivery, unclean dress! One of the worst providers!

Loading never ends. Even before ordering my first service, i have started to dislike it. Suggestion: this lag kills your app. Improve speed

Booked a pickup and nobody bothered to come for 2 days after the pickup slot, even after me following up multiple times.

They booked a laundry slot but then denied service right in the end. And that too was communicated to me when I called them to enquire.

For a start up they should always be on their toes and provide good service but they are highly careless. Just not in a mood to do the business.

Not able to use the service, as the app flashes an error message when I enter my mobile number.

Very pathetic drop in service quality. All the brouhaha about premium service is slipping down the drains for WOW Laundry. Despite 6 follow up calls, they renege on 2 confirmed appointments. Call me late in the night to inform their delivery executive had an accident. You tell me that at 9 PM for a 2 PM pickup? Promised an early pickup on Day 2 and delivery on the same day. Day 2 - despite 4 followup calls, picked up only at 3 PM - had to leave my clothes with the watchman - because of how long they made me wait. However, they promised to deliver the same day. So, I wait. No clothes by night. Day 3 - I pay through the app - no one is picking up the calls. Finally, the 8th attempt works - they tell me casually today is a holiday, no one is working. They will deliver my clothes tomorrow - after 2 PM. Really, Wow Laundry!

I was a regular customer of wow laundry as they provided services after 8 PM but they stopped it suddenly. Very disappointed.

I loved the super express delivery service which got my clothes washed and iron within 4 hours as I needed them on an urgent basis. This definitely has solved my laundry problems in Bangalore. Loved their service and would definitely use when in town.

I had raised a request for ironing 40 clothes, the guy turns up at my place for collection at 7.45, although slot was 4-6pm, calls at 6.20 saying he'll come in 20mins, finally arrives only to say "no only iron" orders. Reasoned that we had availed exactly the same service about two weeks back and pat comes the reply policy changed exactly after that.would have appreciated a notification in the app while placing the order.Waited 3.5hrs only to be stuck with 40 unironed clothes!!

For the first time moved so far from home and that too to a metro city and with summers catching up this WOW Laundry proved to a saviour with such a good service at a reasonable price. Thanx a lot wow!

Service was good. In a day delivery. Though the clothes had some smell after ironing. Sad part is I have to look for a new laundry service who can do only ironing for me. Looking forward for WOW laundry to bring back only iron option.
