Won't stay connected long enough to record sleep patterns. Doesn't count steps accurately. Useless

No connection, no phone calls, no alarm, distance unreliable. But u can see the time in the dark.

This app is trash. Rarely connects and does not stay connected. PLEASE FIX!!

It would be essential if it would actually do what it's supposed to. Won't sync steps and won't register sleep patterns.

1. Very unstable: is crashing very often or is losing connection to the bracelet. You have to fix it! 2. Too few ability and poor interface: you can see whole stat info (steps, distance, calorie, sleep) only for current day, otherwise just one of them, displayed as graph in the 'history' menu or in percent in 'target' menu. 3. Please add new features and ability to work with gathered data: summarize info for days, week, month, to analyze activity.

The application stops automatically and hence device is being disconnected

This app needs a lot of work. I used my phone and watch on the same day and the watch is out buy around 1000 steps. Please fix this thanks

I'm extremely angry with this product. Bought the watch for $40 dollars and it literally does nothing but count steps. I can connect to the app but it just says "offline" NO CONTACT # for help. Time AND date are wrong. literally threw my money away. Thank you WEBAND!

The item can only count steps how ever I cannot understand the graph please we need it to connect to the PC for recording.

App keep crashing this needs to fixed otherwise its totally useless. Why am I unable to switch time from 24 hr to 12? Why am I unable to switch height to feet and inches and weight to pounds?

Everytime I receive a call or sms the weband app malfunctions I am using on v5 smartband tried with 2 phones same error. Samsung S4 and Sony Z2. Can someone assist?

Doesn't record anything..you have to consistently sync by manually doing so..FIX IT.

Doesn't store info and can't set clock

Can't configure anything. Can't even get the app started before it crashes. Trying set it up for the first time and I am ready to send my watch back for a refund because this app sucks so bad!
