Oye10 offers a totally unique GPS Attendance on the mobile for the SME sector. We are one of the few systems in the world that can allow tracking of employees who are not familiar with software. This is really important for the unorganised sector which services over 80% of the SME's in the world, and even more important for large countries like India and Africa, where a large number of the people are not exposed to software. A majority of them however, are on the mobile.
Unlike most GPS tracking systems, our system works by tracking the mobile towers and not the satellite. It then maps the location of the employee by indicating the location on Google Maps. This is very important for employees in the SME sector in many countries as they will have mobile phones which will not have high battery charge. A GPS system which directly connects to the Satelletie will drain the battery immediately. Ours system does not affect the battery at all.
It takes just 5 minutes for a company to setup the system on their mobile after they have downloaded it from the Playstore. To register a company just 7 fields are needed to be filled in by the Manager. To register the employee, just 3 fields have to be filled in. It is a very user-friendly system, and is made to handle even illiterate employees, many of whom constitute a large number of the SME market in Asia and Africa. The mobile App. is free and the system is extremely affordable as it is made to cater to small SME companies who are very price sensitive.
But saying this, Oye10 is also able to handle large companies with a huge number of employees who may need thousands of employees in the system. An example is a client in infrastructure who has thousands of employees who they need to keep track of. In this case, this client uses Oye10 for the GPS Attendance. For more detail, this client uses anothe product of ours called Weballigator. Oye10 automatically feeds into Weballigator, a powerful cloud ERP which has a number of integrated modules like HR, Leave Management, Payroll, Recruitment and Finance for those companies who need more.
