I had this app before in my other phone, I then installed it in my new phone and tried it awhile ago, placed an order, then after 15mins. there was no reply and no cab arrived. Had to call them and wait for another 5 to 15mins. So what's the point of having this app if you still have to call them anyway???

I have downloaded this app on 2 phones a lg and galaxy s3 and the map is blank on both phones last year i had this app and it worked it showed a map and cars...whats wrong now

The app is a life saver. My father requires a wheelchair van, and the app is fast and easy. My complaint is that it wont stop requesting me to rate the driver. Even when I do rate them it sends me another request minutes later. For 2 weeks I can not get this to stop. I may just delete this app it is so annoying.

The only taxi company I came across that runs out of taxis around any area. They actually declined me service.

No confirmation as to if your request is confirmed, no tracking or timing to when your driver will arrive. I've seen better software made in flash.

The app itself works fine but my biggest complaint so far is the rating notification that shows up every couple of minutes. I do not remember the cabs number or the drivers name so stop asking me.

I use this app all the time. United taxi is great and this app makes it super easy to order a ride. If you in L.A. I highly recommend it.

For the past three times this app was used, the taxi was never on time. I was kept waiting at least 15 minutes past the appointed time.

App worked fine until a few weeks ago. Would not reserve my cab. I had to call United directly to reserve a cab. Doing some more digging I found it odd that in the Google Play Store it wasn't showing this app is even installed on my phone. So I had to find it on my phone & delete it -not an easy task- & reinstall it from the Google Store. Now I don't know whether this newly downloaded version will work. But I did notice that the interface was completely different than the app I deleted. Sucks!

I was a faithful user of Taximagic until it became mandatory to pay by card and pay the $2 fee that came with each time you paid by card. Then I found this wonderful app. I was a bit apprehensive bc of the poor review but then I noticed that there was ONLY one review. Within seconds of making the reservation I recieved a call letting me know that my ride would be there in 5 minutes and they were there in 5 minutes! I will definitely be recommending this app to friends!
