A cinematic walk for two people around the City of London (UK). Commissioned by the Museum of London as part of their Sherlock Holmes season, it is inspired by the mythology of Conan Doyle’s great detective.
A specially composed evocative soundtrack combined with narration guides you and a companion through city streets and narrow alleys that you may not kow. This is not a historic walk or guide, instead you should imagine walking through a film, where you are the main characters.
Visit http://ahollowbody.com for full instructions before undertaking the walk. The journey begins on Paternoster Square in London, under the archway that leads to St Paul’s cathedral. It takes approximately 45minutes.
It is recommended that users connect to a WiFi network to download the app before travelling to the starting location. You need to take the walk with a companion and you will both need your own device and headphones.
The experience involves crossing over roads, exploring streets and following a set of audio guidelines on your own. During the experience you and your companion will sometimes go on separate routes. The experience is therefore not recommended for unsupervised children.

Brilliant app - was a bit tricky to synchronise with my other half at the start, but once we got going it was great. I loved the way we would separate, meet, walk together, walk apart... Made us see London (and the world!) in a different light.

Not sure why there's a time limit on this, be great to leave it running for a while if possible! My only criticism would be that it's a bit of a pain not being able to turn off your screen, and on one of the chapters I didn't get any audio, so had to restart but that wasn't too much hassle, and really enjoyed the walk!

As a group we very much enjoyed this experience. It felt very intimate and beautiful and pursued the feeling of sonder. I wish there were more guides like this in in many more cities.

Highly recommended. Minus one star because of a technical glitch which means sometimes the narration stops (music still playing) and you have to restart the whole thing. Caused me to lose my partner once, but it was easy to catch up. Other than that, fantastic work and I'm surprised it's not more popular.

Unfortunately broken on my phone despite the best efforts of the developers, so I've had to use my partners iPad both times we've done it. A really brilliant experience only heightened by doing it near dusk, so the end is extra-sinister.

A random selection of the audio tracks don't work, making it impossible to play. Either voice, music, both, or silence. Really want to try this, hope it can be fixed! Tried reinstalling to no luck. In case it helps debug: When I start the app I get either the woman's voice or the music, never both. Restarting the app seems to alternate between them.

Keep up the good work. When is the next installment? IMPORTANT: Albion Way (scene#2) is currently closed due to building works.

Downloaded to my Nexus 6. App completely unusable, no audio, or dropped out half way through sentence. Embarrassing for developers and embarrassing for me and my girlfriend who's iPhone version worked fine. Wasted my time :-(
