Worst customer service ever. I have been waiting for these idiots to open my personal account for the last three weeks. Even after following all their instructions, these idiots haven't opened my personal account. I highly recommend using other alternatives to this service provided by buffoons.

I've been using the Wealthfront service for about six months now; and I'm happy with it and the app. The service is a robo-investor whose job is to keep your portfolio diverse and performing well from a preselected pool of vehicles. You do not micromanage anything, and getting money in or out can take about a week - but that's fine if you're focused on the long-term. Short term investors who need to cash out quick should they need find should look at other brokers. The website displays more detailed info than the app, but the app hits the major points: accounts, transfers, balance history, and activity (dividends, etc.). Pretty intuitive, and the dev(s) are responsive. Like the service, like the app. Good job!

If you want to withdraw funds or close your account it is so slow. I have never had an issue without sites. But my portfolio has dropped 6% since I requested to close it and is just hitting the negative returns. Literally watching it keep going down and they won't process the request. Way too slow. Never again. Will not recommend. Update: Finally liquidated my portfolio and it is WELL under what the market was at moments ago. This is so shady. I would never recommend them.

Took a huge lost because I wanted to close my account before a drop in the market and they took forever to sell off my stocks. Unbelievable how bad this company is

I've been using Wealthfront for almost three years and have been impressed by the overall product offering. Very good user interface, account linking, and great way to diversify vs single ETF or mutual funds. Tax loss harvesting was beneficial in 2015, and likely more important once the current bull market finally pulls back.

Good service and a good app. I only wish that the Android app didn't round account amounts to nearest dollar. iOS and website display dollars and cents.

I love this app very good investment app I encourage you to used it if you can afford to put back 500 dollars

My phone has a flawed gyroscope. It says that the app is in demo mode, tap to exit and it is stuck there. The app was good when it used to work.

Lately keeps signing me out and have to put login details again

On login screen it keeps vibrating my android phone... uninstalled..

Simple investing, love it!

This app signs me out every single time. And it's annoying to type my long password every time. Can you please have a fingerprint login? Update: I had set up fingerprint login as recommended and it was working fine for a couple of months. But I got signed out once again and the app is not suggesting fingerprint login anymore. Update 2: I got logged out even though I did not explicitly ask to be logged out. And hence couldn't access settings page. I had to retype the password to login and fingerprint started working again.

Multiple times tried to log in with email and password that I use at a desktop. Every time login failed with 'invalid ID or password' message.

Works well. Good for giving a general overview of your investments and simple additions to Wealthfront accounts.

I have been using wealth front for about 2 years and have been very happy with it. With the new upgrade I cannot even get the app to open, I have restarted the phone, deleted and reinstalled the app and there is no difference, it still closes the app as soon as I try to open it.do I need to wait for the next update before I can use the app. Thank you the app works great again. Thank you for your fast response to my problem.

Account linking stopped working after the first few linked. I get an immediate error when trying to add additional external accounts. Yes, I'm using the right URLs, 2FA is turned off, PIN is off, user and password are correct, etc. The error happens so fast on both web and mobile that it seems like nothing could be happening on the network side.

Great service keeps all your investments in one place. They could track performance your other accounts maybe just a simple trend thats my only suggestion

Simple to use, I have the PIN code for mine. Nice design. My only quirk with it is that my balance on my Roth IRA and Brokerage account are rounded up or down as whole numbers, and I personally like seeing the two decimal places over. That might be my OCD though, but besides that, I'm enjoying it. Invested at 10/10 risk and am enjoying the returns and investment choices (since they're ones I'd choose myself). The referral bonus is fantastic.

After the last update the app crashes as soon as you log in. Please fix.

Great app love it! If have a widget for monitoring funds, that will be 5 stars!

I have yet to notice any gains. I've had it a month and lost 18 bucks.

Very polished app

I like the Wealthfront app. It's simple and clear. I have my other accounts linked to give me the overall picture of my finances. I chose Wealthfront as a first step to learn about investments.

I will never recommend wealthfront to anyone. Etfs are terrible and it takes forever to get your investment back.

Great app. Visually pleasing & fully functional.

The features are all there, but it could use some polish on the visual design and fingerprint login.

The app looks similar to the Website, works pretty well. I enabled fingerprint auth, easy.

Can I withdraw my money at any given time?

The app works great on my Nexus 6P; never crashes. The UI design is clear and pleasing, and I love the fingerprint login. No complaints that I can think of...just hope Wealthfront supports Coinbase soon! :-)

Really great service! The app is easy to use too. Great that the first 10k is invested for free and you can get even more invested for free by inviting friends.

Awesome. I like how intuitive the app is. Really easy to understand. The best part is the ability to track all assets in one place - login to all your accounts.

Great design! Some features arrive first on mobile which is nice (like editing reoccurring transactions!). Wealthfront has done an outstanding job with their mobile app.

Great start but would greatly appreciate ability to password protect the app!

Excellent service and great app. However it would be really appreciated if you added the option to choose between portfolios that reflect the user's principles, e.g. green energies or tech companies. Some finer control on which industries one wants to invest on while still being automated, like stash does.

Flawless simple design and intuitive features. Awesome customer service and very user-friendly​. If you've been wanting to start a Roth IRA or invest some funds, Wealthfront would be the app to help you do it. Only wished they could accept deposits smaller than $100 increments.

I type in my email and password on my tablet it says there is something wrong with it but when I log in on my phone app it works just fine.
