Loved this app. Was brilliant. Played awesome music. Just 'Updated' the app as it logged me out, and now i can't log back in again!! Keeps saying it needs updating from app store?! (Even though i have play store, and there are no updates available) Very frustrating! Please fix this as it was my favourite for playing music..

This app was one of the best to listen to music but its just kept going down hill sinse the last update - it didn't let you log in for a while and now it doesn't even play song. Not worth downloading now until this is fixed

It was great but now I can't even log in because it is asking me to update but I have the latest version already. Please fix, I want my music back. Thanks. Still no update and everyone reviewing has the same issue. C'mon Blinkbox this is terrible customer service!

Loved the app but isnt working since it was updated. Says I need to first install updates when the play store says its up to date. Very fustrating as can't find a better app to suit what I need it for. Please sort out the problem quickly and will definitely give it five stars.

Just to let everyone know who has been having issues, Blinkbox music is in administration. It will not work until it is purchased by another company and started up again. Apparently it's looking hopeful that someone will purchase so keep checking.

Keeps coming up with no signal on this app even though I have a full wifi signal and a full network signal. The whole web site does not work either looks like the company had bitten the dust, hopefully I can be proved wrong and the site starts working again.

Im falling out with this app if you dont Sort out your bugs. It keeps saying your squashing bugs please update your app and By the looks of things theres no update so I can't sign in nor Play my music. Please hurry up and update as I'm missing it badly.

Same issue as everyone else. After the update it's giving me some jibber jabber about having to update the app which I've done five frikkin times.No response from the blinkbox customer service team. Its all a bit shoddy. Might switch back to Deezer. UPDATE- It appears the company that owns Blinkbox has gone bust. Might explain why it doesn't work anymore

This was my favourite music app! Everything about it was perfect. I loved listening to the brand new music and also the oldies! Absolutely gutted that it no longer works. Decided to log me out one day and won't let me log back in. Says that my Internet is slow when it's not as I've just had a new one -.- hopefully it can be sorted soon I miss this app!

I haven't been able to actually use this application. Whenever I try to sign up it keeps telling me that my WiFi isn't working. I tried to sign up via my Facebook account and whenever I submit my details it goes back to the sign up page that I was currently on. I have reinstalled the app and it continued to do this. If you guys could respond to me so I can resolve the problem asap that would be great. Thanks. However, I actually do have some positive feedback. The layout is great and the concept is awesome, I just can't use it.

It was amazing but now I can't log in and it keeps telling me to update the latest version cause they've been "squashing in new stuff" but there is no latest version. It was genuinely the best app before and now I am so disappointed. Please fix this issue

I use to love this app

This was the BEST free, offline music player until.... everytime I go on it askes me to sign in or sign up-I press sign in because I have an account. It always criticises my network connection and sais to try again later. Evertime i try its the same...Its annoying me so much because I can't play the music....plz fix then 5 stars.

When I'm going to sign up I sort out the usual things; email, password etc... But when I'm finished I press the natural button to fully sign up and it says " Even the best network connections put their feet up occasionally, check your's and let's try that again" sadd all I want is to listen 2 my music. Please get that dealt with.

Back in 2012/13, this app was great, I used it all the time as it was reliable. Today I decided to download it because I don't like the new music services and their policies. But when I try to login, it tells me my internet connection isn't fast enough. Some people can't afford superfast internet.

Feeling very annoyed! I was listening to music on this app yesterday morning at 9am but by 9.30am it wouldn't allow me to saying I need to update... no update actually available! I have just paid as well! Blinkbox are oblivious that their system has failed! SORT OUT! Else allot of customers will go to spotify! :(

Dislikes come back on other albums but filters quite good less ads than u tube. Just done the update now won't work at all please sort it out I miss my misic!!

Since it has updated mine have stopped working please fix it soon. .. it's either telling me that I need to update or just saying all the time that the no internet... not one song plays ...would have five star if it works.

This app used to be really good, but after updates this app sucks. It keeps saying that they are busy squashing bugs and need to download the update. What update? There isn't one. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled and still the same issue. Please go back to the way you were Blinkbox music. I was able to listen to music offline but after several updates you have made me uninstall this app as it is rubbish.

Not been able to use app since spring clean carried out by Blinkbox unable to find update on play store. This was amongst my favourite phone apps. Now its just a pile of pap

I really enjoyed listening and then hey presto won't work any more. Says to download the update but there isn't one! Tried signing in through Facebook but still puts me back to square one! Please sort this out pleeeeese!

Had this app for 6 months and it was ace.. new phone s6 and can't open it now keeps saying " we have fixed some bugs go to app store and update" updated still says the same!! Unistalled and installed still says the same.. grrrr

just downloaded this and the first time I try to use it it tells me it needs updating to the latest version but there is no where to update it and surely the app on Google play should be the latest version. What an absolute rubbish app

Loved the app up until this new update happened. Doesn't let me log in and there is no update available like it says there is. Deleting and re-installing didn't help....not happy at all. Gonna have to uninstall for good I'm afraid. Pity really :(

Ok, so it's been a while since the update, this app has not worked since then! I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling multiple times and it doesn't work. Tried logging in with Facebook and manually, neither work. Needs to be sorted, it's a great app normally :-( 05/07 STILL not working!

Downloaded the app thinking it would be great as I have an account on my tablet however keeps saying can not log in.... so called internet connection is low.... which its not because I've tried it off my data and WiFi when the are on 4g and full 5 bars with a download and upload speed of 75/45 so yeah. ..... please fix because I know this app is amazing

Originally this app was rather good, wasn't the best, but had a huge selection of songs and had a scary accurate idea of what music I liked. Now, however, like the other reviews have said, you can't get on past the log in screen. Why would someone pay premium when the free version doesn't work?

I'm not a singer, as such, but the added lyrics in the new update is a great addition. Now I can sing along using the right words rather than what I thought they said! Brilliant, can choose a band, or a song and listen to hours of music similar. Not a fan of the live music that pops up now and then apart from that, can't fault it!

This app was amazing I used it everyday but now I am unable to go in it because apparently your fix in bugs... its been about a month and you're still doing this apparently and I need a new update when there is no update available. I tried uninstalling it and installing it again and it didn't work I made a new account and that didn't work. Please sort this out.

The app no longer works!!!! I have the app on two devices. On starting them one says. Sorting bugs please update on your app store - no update available. The other says no internet connection please check. There is no problem with my connection other apps working fine. Tried emailing Blinkbox to be told email address can't be found. So I'm unstalling app and cancelling subscription. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

I have had blink box ages always been fantastic never had a problem but these past few days it wouldn't let me into my account kept saying to upgrade which I did and still continued to do it, and now it's finally let me in it won't allow music to play as apparently my network connection isn't there when I've full bar's on my wifi a very strong connection and not one song on any station will play. Sort it out please!!!

For a decent selection of music this is a nice,.cheaper alternativr to spotify. Or at least was. It now constantly asks to be updated (as many people have recently raised) - been the situation for over a week. Gonna just pay the extra and go with the big green afterall ^-^

For some reason the fabled 'bug fixes' haven't been successful and I can't access my account. If I wasn't a paying customer it might not be so bad, but I do pay for the service and it should be better than this. Been having this issue for 3 days now. Fix it!
