Hello Everyone, I want Khmer to create some programs set up with international program end as foreigners. I believe one day Khmer will develops soon and now the world is developing so we try to make some programmes. I am happy when Khmer has this Constitution of Cambodia in personal phone because it is very important to Cambodians. Furthermore, I hopes Khmer will take this time to read books. This is original Cambodian Constitution(139 articles). After amendment many times, now, this constitution have 158 articles, not yet included additional constitutional 7 more articles. Hope developers change and replace new version. នេះជារដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញខ្មែរឆ្នាំ១៩៩៣(ច្បាប់ដើមបំផុត)។ បន្ទាប់ពីវិសោធនកម្មជាច្រើនលើក បច្ចុប្បន្ន រដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញនេះមាន១៥៨មាត្រា ដោយមិនទាន់គិតច្បាប់ធម្មនុញ្ញបន្ថែម៧មាត្រា។ សង្ឃឹមថាអ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍកម្មវិធីនឹងធ្វើការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរ ដោយជំនួសរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញដែលកែប្រែថ្មី។ មិនត្រូវដាក់ និងទុកវាទាំងខុសទេ គេមើលងាយខ្មែរ!
