The app, compared to others, does not make it simple to add a title. You have first to search for the title and then insert your code. This is a useless step not cared with user experience given that the code has the title information. Not directly to the App now, but to the UV system: It does not allow to add codes of titles that you buy while traveling to other countries, which does not make sense since we purchased the title.

Hey Flixter Team, ich kann die runtergeladenen Filme nicht anschauen... Es schlägt immer fehl. Könnt ihr das bitte Fixen oder antworten wie man das richtig hinkriegt? It has improved a lot. It has problems when selecting the subtitles language, strangely only when using on a chromecast.

Ever since my first movie, I have enjoyed this app. It has not failed me but once. Nevertheless, it is amazing.

Every app has something to improve about and it needs some time to get it done. But it's a great app.

No picture, only sound (on all videos streamed and downloaded) :-(

Ok I stopped using this app for a long time, so I have no idea when they fixed it but now I can finally watch downloaded movies offline without problems!...UPDATE OK so offline works, online doesn't. It constantly breaks...

Das Update hat die App wieder benutzbar gemacht. Danke. Es wurde Zeit. ALT: Während der Play Store behauptet, dass die App mit "all meinen Geräten kompatibel" sei, kann ich heruntergeladene Filme einfach nicht abspielen. Es dreht sich dabei nich um alte Codes, sondern um frisch erworbene. Verbrauchertäuschung übelster Art. Ich werde in Zukunft keine Filme mehr kaufen, die mir Flixster-Download versprechen. Zum Glück gibts da ja noch dubiose Streaming-Seiten. Ihr könnt mich doch mal...

Doesn't work on Samsung sm-p905

Since the last two updates you are able to watch and downloaded your favorite TV shows and Movies and watch them offline. And its customer service is tremendously great, the can help you with all your complications. Thanks flixster team for making such a great app

Subtitles are extremely small and wrongly positioned.

Loved that chromecast is now available for SOME titles. When it becomes available for all of them I will undoubtedly score it 5 stars.

I bought the blu ray of Mad Max, it states that I can download and watch a digital copy of it using Flixter. Guess what? After downloading the movie on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4, it doesn't plays a damn movie file. That's why people download pirated stuff. This is unaceptabble.

I have redeemed my codes but when I opt to download or watch it keeps giving the same pop up with the option for language and subtitles. It's a poorly coded app with limited functionality for actually playing apps but loads for attaining my private information.

It's just not working. Bugs everywhere. No connection to Servers at all. Huge mass of error massages..

Yes it doesn't work. so I tried to solve my problem with customers support and the guy named Skyler didn't know how to read my messages and asked me over and over the same question like which device and OS I am using. With a Samsung S5 I wonder why they ask ? ??? So unprofessional this customer support. The other dude who followed Martin also didn't know how to read my messages.

This summer the app didnt work on my htc one but now it does! Just some framedrops while playing, just glad it works now somehow.

Bought 3D BLURAY movie, installed the F. app on phone, redeemed code, downloaded movie for offline playing and when I wanted to watch (STANDARD DEFINITION !? Ive bought HD, YEAH)... LOADING... Like forever?

Now it doesn't, Xperia Z1 Compact. Does not load Library! Which is sad because it worked a long time ago and now, just nothing!

Problems of the app like not playing a movie seem to come from removing too many permissions under Android 6.0...

I can not even login. Maybe my password is to long (42 chars). I don't bother to try any longer.

Just as everyone else's complain: won't let me watch movies on my mobile (Samsung Galaxy S5)

There is a playback error, when I want to watch online movies. If I download the movie and tap on the title there is an endless message of "initializing". So I doesn't work on my device (HTC one m7) online and offline neither. Please fix this. I also tried to delete the app and reinstall it, but it didn't worked.

Redeemed films via code. Signed into Flixster and the films were there. No problems watching them on my Samsung tab.
